HOTEL
We arrived at the hotel around 11:00. We were immediately settled on the 3rd floor of the main building. There is no lift. The hotel consists of 4 buildings, which is not very convenient. An iron is provided free of charge. The description says that the rooms have a fridge, but our room did not. They asked for 2 days from everyone they met. On the 3rd day, we received two dirty and smelly refrigerators that did not give cold. Therefore, their presence was meaningless. They replaced the shelves, which were so lacking in the room. There is no animation in the hotel. And the gym with a hammam did not work, but in the concept on the site - there should be…
INFRASTRUCTURE
In the main building there is a dining room and a bar. If you walk 5 minutes there is a second building with swimming pools and a bar. There are also 2 buildings, they are called villas. The hotel is located in the center of Kemer. To the beach and to the city center up to 10 minutes on foot. Liman Street can be seen from the hotel (2 minutes walk).
ROOM
At first glance, the room is clean, but then looking closer, you realize that a good cleaning is still needed. Bath amenities are not provided. There is only bulk soap, toilet. paper and towels. Very small closet. There are very few places for three. There are two nightstands. One of the suitcases always lay near the bedside tables in quick access.
FOOD AND BAR
Meals from the category of "you will not be hungry. " They try to diversify, not everything is tasty, but they ate a lot. On different days there were: French fries, chicken, fish, soup, pasta, home-style potatoes. Lots of salads. Always melon. You can make your own tea and coffee. The coffee is not very tasty. The bartender pours: local vodka, gin, red and white dry wine, cola, fanta, sprite and sparkling water. But he must always be caught behind the counter. You can pour plain purified water yourself.
BEACH
The hotel does not have its own beach and beach towels are not issued. Sunbeds from 10 TL and are located VERY close to each other. Because of this, we only went to the wild beach. But it's about 30 minutes walk.
GENERAL
The dining room is located in the main building. Swimming pools in another, 5 minutes walk. For its price in October 2021, PRICE was equal to QUALITY. We were hardly in the room. Housekeeping included taking out the trash. Once we washed the floor, changed the bed and towels (with a tip). Tips are not asked for, but it is clear that they VERY want them. There was free internet in the lobby. Which I am sure does not pull in the High Season. Sometimes they could talk via video link without problems, and sometimes the message was not loaded. We went to Mount Chalysh. We went to Paradise Bay and from it went to Phaselis for free. We visited an abandoned hotel, which used to be considered the best hotel in Turkey.

The room is very unpretentious with a not very pleasant smell. We waited, went to check into our hotel. The administrator was very unhappy that we did not want to stay in that room and offered us a boor, we said that we would think about it and now we would not buy it. After he became even more dissatisfied, he ordered one of the employees to take us to a neighboring complex a couple of minutes from the hotel, where we were offered a shabby room in the basement (! ). After that, we refused to settle there and returned to the reception. The administrator was very unhappy, said either such a number or none. We wanted to call our guide (from Tui), but the administrator turned off the Wi-Fi in a rage and said that calling the guide was only for a fee. We had to go and wait for a meeting with our guide, which was at 17:00.
After meeting with the guide, we managed to settle in half with grief in a simple room in another building opposite the main hotel complex. The linen was kind and clean, but obviously old, there was an air conditioner, a shower cabin. There was no refrigerator. The room is very basic and not the cleanest, there was fungus in some places in the bathroom. We also saw a crushed dried cockroach. The room for three stars is clearly not pulling, on the strength of two.
As for food: they fed more or less well, did not starve, but the food was rather monotonous, of course, without frills. There was meat every day, chicken, there was no fish, there were sweets only once. Of the fruits, only watermelon every day. From alcohol at the bar wine, vodka and gin. There was no beer. There was also an instant yuppie drink and ordinary water in the cooler (poured from the tap). After eating, I never felt bad, but I didn’t feel much pleasure from it, however, at least I didn’t go hungry.
Wi-fi was, but very poor, the connection was unstable, the signal disappeared from time to time. The hotel staff were mostly smiling, but at the same time they did not show a very respectful attitude towards the guests, sometimes they ignored them, they were on their own minds. For example, sometimes guests could ask for a drink at the bar for a long time and unsuccessfully and received it after a waiting time and after a showdown. Night administrator Tommy helped us at least a little to calm down the local Turks, who were settled in the next room from ours and made a lot of noise late at night, disturbing sleep, for which we thank him.
In general, the hotel left rather a negative impression. But the place itself is Kemer, we liked the beautiful sea and the rest. I do not recommend to go to this hotel.
We arrived at the hotel after 20.00, there was still dinner, we were first offered to have dinner and after that they only began to be placed in the rooms.
Room: we got a very good number 516 in the Villa building on the 3rd floor with a gorgeous view from the balcony, but without a refrigerator.
Although I had a rest in 3-star hotels in Spain and Italy, there were no refrigerators in the rooms either. The room is quite spacious, 2 beds (double and single for a child), an old TV, a wardrobe, a mirror, an ottoman, a bedside table and a paid safe. The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, pleased with the toilet with bidet. Surprised by the presence of only one towel for a person for the body, towels for the face and feet were not provided. Bed linen and towels are not new but clean. There is no elevator in the building, but this only made us happy, as there was an additional burden of burning extra calories. They cleaned the room as it seemed to us every other day (washed the floors, made the bed and threw out the garbage).
The food was modest, but we did not go hungry. All food was fresh, there was no poisoning. But lovers of the buffet are clearly not in this hotel. The variety of food is not great.
Breakfast: eggs or scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, fried sausages, 2 types of sausage, yogurt, jam, honey and butter, fresh bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, deep-fried eggplant and peppers (not spicy), olives. Lunch: soup and the main course are always in the same form, what is cooked is what you will eat, the chef puts it personally on the plate. If you haven't eaten enough, you can always ask for supplements without any problems (the menu alternates for 3 days). Usually 2 types of garnish, salads fresh cucumbers with tomatoes, 2 mayonnaise salads (I didn’t try them because I don’t eat mayonnaise), olives and deep-fried eggplants and peppers, watermelons. Dinner is the same as lunch, but the second course is always tastier and 2 types of side dish, every other day for dinner they gave very tasty baklava. Before that, I thought that I didn’t like her, but I tried her in this hotel.
We only drank wine from alcohol, they always have dry bottled wine, each time different, there is no beer, about alcohol, I saw that they poured crayfish, made cocktails, but I can’t say anything about them, because I’m not a fan of alcohol and have not tried . The hotel has very tasty coffee from the coffee machine. I mostly drank it. We bought beer in supermarkets, which are located next to the mosque. There are also shops with clothes from local firms.
The hotel does not have its own beach. We went to the city beach and lay on our mattress for free. It is next to the port and pier from the TURKIZ imperial hotel. The beach is pebbly, clean, well-groomed, at lunchtime on Sunday there is a foamy disco, which pleases that it is free. I recommend taking slippers for the sea, because walking on the pebbles is not very pleasant, but the water is clear as a tear…
Staff: very nice and friendly, always smiling, always trying to help.
Swimming pools: located on the territory of the Villa, 2 deep, 2 shallow. Always cold water. The pools are cleaned every evening.
Animation Entertainment: animation stated in the description of the hotel was not, but strangely enough in the evenings every other day it was, though in a miniature form, but nevertheless it pleasantly surprised us.
Conclusion: we had a great time. The hotel is worth the money. It cost us only 5.000 rubles. for two, which is much cheaper than other hotels. We bought beer, ayran and fruits ourselves in supermarkets (we spent about 50 dollars on them), we brought vacuum-packed smoked sausage with us.
The white pool bar is open until 21:00. . and, after. . rubbish there is no place to drink even water! . . Water was not placed near the room. . Of the soap dispensers, only liquid soap in the dispenser. . The bar near the dining room is open until 21.30. . forget about evening coffee, hour. . What alcohol I do not know, because I do not drink. . Dining room! ! ! ! ! - THIS IS COVERED BETTER THAN IN THE VILLAGES AT THE HOUR OF THE COLLECTION HARVEST, AND THAT IS VERY GOOD IN THE VILLAGE! ! ! . . The food is just awful. . Breakfast-bread, boiled or fried eggs in 1 hand, tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, dill, feta was good, jams in small boxes in portions. . Fanta, cola, sprite, lousy coffee, tea is very good! . . For lunch, instead of eggs, there was a chicken, or rather pieces of chicken, which were also served individually. . Some more pasta. . Sometimes fig. . The great advantage of this hotel is that it is located 50 meters from the center of Kemer, where you can walk and have a good snack in any of the local cafes, the benefit of the price is very capricious. . WARNING! ! ! Another minus hotel does not have its own beach. . Go to the sea in 10 minutes.
.
prices for skis vary from $ 1 to $ 10 ....we went wild - free, far. . It takes about half an hour to walk in the sun, which is not very pleasant. . There's at least sand. . And so everywhere pebbles. . The sea was very clean and very warm. . I did not like Kemer, dirty city! . . Even if they gave me a ticket for free, I wouldn't come back! ! ! ! ! ! !
- MOST IMPORTANT - the rooms are like a doghouse and good rooms with balconies mini fridge mini TV will have to be negotiated on the spot - no windows and no forced ventilation or air vents at all - it's awful!
-everything else is standard for 3*-
- food almost vegetarian sufficient quantity
-everything is ok from vacationers, the frequency of Muslim families in burqas and with children personally, I don’t really like them
-I can note the polite, rather friendly staff and the manager, but a certain disgust towards non-Muslims is slightly manifested in the conversation. - not for vacationers
-the bed was changed at the request for free, everything is ok, except for the smelly drains at the entrance to the hotel and skinny cats, which the Turks do not really like
