The check-in was in the evening, we were immediately settled in room 1805, when we entered the room there was some kind of specific smell, which we immediately noticed, but we were very tired and decided not to change it anymore... It seemed to us that if we ventilate the room, the smell should go away . They brought dinner to the room. The next morning, after breakfast, we went to the beach, there were no sun loungers at 8:00 (as it turned out later, if you want to lie on a sunbed, then take it at 5 in the morning, and this is no exaggeration).
The food is terrible, a very small selection of dishes, a lot of warmed up since yesterday, the day before yesterday, there is no children's menu. What is not eaten in the evening the next day is either soup or salad with mayonnaise and more spices to kill the smell of already rotten food. The reef is very poor, there are almost no fish. The territory is large, cascading many steps, which is very inconvenient if you have small children or elderly people with you.
Approximately on the third day, my daughter and I began to itch my legs and arms, some strange red dots began to appear. At first I took it for mosquito bites that I really observed in the room. But what was my surprise when, upon arrival home, these bites became more and more. I went to a dermatologist, and I heard very unpleasant news for myself, these are bedbug bites. As a result, a spoiled vacation for 50.000 UAH. and + got on a new mattress and disinfection of the entire apartment. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!! !
Rested in the period from October 17-24 with two children.
We arrived at the hotel at 5 am, and settled at 1 pm, despite the fact that they gave $ 20 at the reception! What they settled in can hardly be called a room - a room with two small beds, also on wheels !! ! They didn’t want to take a room, they asked for a two-room or larger one, so that at least with one large bed and a small one, but I had to take it, since the children could no longer stand sitting in the hall !! ! And this despite the fact that the local population in the amount of 3 people lodge three of us in a huge room!! ! We settled in a room opposite the stage and near the sports bar, from which until 23 o’clock the music of “super people-jay” thundered!
The food is disgusting, tasteless and there is no choice!! ! There is no sea except for the pontoon!! ! Once in the afternoon, when the children were sleeping, and my husband and I were on the balcony, the curtain opens, and there is the face of the cleaner, who “says” if he can be cleaned!! ! I'm shocked!! ! What right does he have to enter the room if he was not opened and invited!! ! They said at the reception to Oksana gestreleyshn, who opened her eyes, supposedly in surprise, and went !! ! We will never return to this hotel!!!
The staff is rude!! ! Everywhere in the bars, in order to take something, you need to collect glasses almost everywhere and bring them (! ) And everywhere you sign some checks about the drinks taken according to the all-inclusive system with the number and name written!! ! I have never seen such nonsense!
For the administration - we lived in room 1401!

The kitchen is normal, you will not be hungry, with seafood - crabs and squids, no frills. There are no fresh ones, although they used to give them. As a snack, french fries, wings and breaded fat squid. They generally love breading very much, they have it everywhere.
Room cleaning. It doesn't exist for the most part. No one will change your bed every day. We asked at the reception to change it once, they said they would do it and frost (purely Egyptian mentality and service). Put a tip to the cleaner, don’t put it, just wipe the floor and fold your things and that’s it (he will put things already folded in his own way, it made me and my husband laugh))). Dirty cabinet, for example, wipe yourself. But the most interesting thing was on the last day, the cleaner did not put two towels in the room, since it was the last night, they waved their hand, we can do without them, and when we left the whole bus they accused us of stealing! This g... stupidly set us up, be careful !!!
The territory seems to be well-groomed, but very dirty, everywhere there are cups and cigarette butts and the corpses of lizards and even a dead crow (you can see that they are processing greens with something).
In the evening, before the morning flight, we were assured that dry rations would be issued.
In the morning they refused to issue him and the guide of the annex tour accused us, they say they didn’t take care of it themselves, they had to order it! After a small skirmish, he was still given out (it was assembled in haste).
The hotel has a paid doctor, very expensive. She swam in the sea and touched the rope near the buoy. There was a hell of an itch and my arm was very sore, I had to go to the doctor, he himself did not know what it was, but he prescribed allergy medications and demanded 50 bucks for it (shtooooooooo ?! ), but assured that the insurance would return everything, but the allergy did not is an insured event.
The reef is sloppy, there is something to see, but for the sake of the reef it’s definitely not worth going here. Lots of fish in the morning, swim better in the morning.
The lifeguard on the beach is very smart.
He came to the pier at 6-20, gave the opportunity to swim in the sea in the morning, while the pier was closed in other hotels. He followed the course, helped and provided first aid.
In principle, the hotel staff is not bad, the waiters in the restaurant are trying.
We rested from 1 to 7 September.
I never wrote bad reviews, we are always positive about the rest, we try not to notice the nuances. But this time it boiled up, I don’t want to come back here.
Settled immediately, the room near the sea... super.
The rooms just shine. The bed crunches, everything shines, it works. The staff is impeccable. Attentive, diligent, respectful and not intrusive.
Wi-Fi catches throughout and on the beach is wonderful, even a little in the room. Simka Vodofone was not needed practically.
By sea, too, everything is fine. The low tides are small, the lagoon does not dry up, from the pier, by the way, it is not long, there is no current. There are fewer fish in the lagoon than, for example, in Charmillion. The bars have good packaging, plastic, glasses, glasses are large and clean! All dishes are washed.
The food is delicious, though the assortment is small, but it was enough for us. The waiters wear everything, there are no queues. There is practically no animation... something on a small stage by the pool. Nothing rattles or irritates. The flight was in the evening, but we were fed dinner. The overall impression is very good. For post-COVID Egypt, everything is very good.
We drove from the airport for about 15 minutes. We settled in the room for an hour. The room is good. They didn't pay anything. Restaurant - for food I put only 3 points. The food is the biggest negative of the hotel if you like to eat. First of all, it is monotonous. The waiters try to help, but there are not enough of them for such a room. The fish is rare and frankly tasteless. Beef, more or less, but very peppery. Lines for french fries. Tomatoes only in the salad. The choice of greens and vegetables is weak. Of the fruits, only watermelon, melon and orange. Fig was twice. From fresh now only orange. The strawberries are gone. As a rule, there are always queues for food, but you will not be hungry.
On the beach in the bars there is no beer, but milk, then an orange. Sun loungers take at 6 am, which may not be convenient.
The pontoon and the sea are good.
Animation is simply not from the word at all. There are many Muslims in Ukraine, few Belarusians and Russians. Nothing to do after dinner at the hotel.
Definitely a 4 out of 5 hotel thanks to the sea. Otherwise I would have given only 3.
There is no Wi-Fi in the room, but everywhere else.
Let's start from the beginning, we arrived at the hotel at 23:00, sat down in 10 minutes. An hour later, a very tasty dinner was brought to the room. The room itself is cozy and beautiful, the furniture is new, the bathroom is clean. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, safe, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, tea, coffee. From cosmetics: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Free Wifi is available only at the reception, on the beach, near the pools and in restaurants, and in the room is only paid.
STAFF
The service at this hotel is top notch. The entire staff is friendly and ready to help in any situation. Changed towels and cleaned the room every day. Drinking water was also provided every day.
ANIMATION
Every day yoga, exercises, water aerobics, volleyball, darts. In the evening various shows and competitions. If you are for any movement, then you definitely will not be bored.
FOOD
The variety of food in this hotel is not very large, but there were enough national Egyptian dishes, meat, fish, vegetables, fruits and desserts. Dishes for lunch and dinner for the whole week of stay in hotels were practically not repeated. From drinks I liked juices, cocktails, coffee and beer. From 15:00 to 17:00 snacks were served by the pool. You can also visit the A La Carte restaurant for free once per stay. Dinner consists of 5 courses - salad, soup, pasta, chicken/veal/fish, dessert. It was delicious beyond words.
SEA AND BEACH
The water in the sea was warm (+26 degrees) and calm, only a few times there was a red flag. The reef near the hotel is not bad, but if you want to see more, you need to go on an excursion (preferably to the city of Taba, but you can also go to the Ras Mohammed reserve). It is obligatory to take a mask with you or you can buy it in local stores for $ 7-10. There are not many places for swimming (despite the fact that the occupancy of the hotel was about 30%). The entrance to the sea is from the pontoon and there is also a small lagoon. The beach is sandy, cascading. There are enough sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. There are no changing rooms.

Fresh deceit, either they interfere with the juice from the package, or they dilute it with water... therefore, who knows what it tastes like, they will immediately understand the substitution... today I even witnessed a conflict where the name of the "manufacturer" of this masterpiece was called.
Beach
Cascading, from the reception to the beach there are 150 steps (in the heat of 39 it’s not very pleasant), so if you have a problem with your legs or something else, I recommend another hotel.
There were never enough sunbeds.
Towels are packed according to the cards.
In general, not bad, but good, but the second time I will not come. I will choose something without steps, because you are not).
BUT! And one more thing. . . zest for the cake! When checking out, they cut off the bracelet and if you have a late flight... then the food is paid! ($8) per person!
No one will let you into a restaurant - goodbye! This is the first time I got to the service like this, because we go to Egypt 2-3 times a year, I have never seen such a thing.
1. We were at the hotel at 6 am. They settled in right away. When you check in, you sign a document that warns you about the fine for smoking in the room and hookah on the hotel premises. The bracelets were worn at 12. (Taxi was taken from the airport for $15).

The renovated room is bright, spacious and clean. From cosmetics: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion.
The bed is new. Refrigerator, iron, kettle - in working order.
Towels are individually wrapped, changed every day (minus - came across with stains). There are bathrobes in the room - but the situation is the same as with towels. There are slippers.
The room is cleaned daily and of good quality.
2. Territory. Its main part is the body and steps. Only the area near the sea (rather picturesque) and a long path of steps from the upper pool to the lower one can be called walking. In terms of cleanliness, the rooms are cleaner.
3. Beach.
Extended, tiered. The pontoon is stationary. There are few beds. If there is a wind - it is blown notably. Wind protection is missing.
There is a lagoon - entrance from the shore.
There are 2 bars on the beach. At the farthest from the pier there is a daytime animation.
There are no changing rooms.
Toilet near the pier (Diving Club) or near the Aqua pool.
Beach towels are issued by card.
Sunbeds at 06:00 are almost impossible to find.
4. WiFi. Connected to paid. In general, not bad - loaded photos / videos, but often knocked out during the day - I had to reconnect again.
5. Nutrition. Breakfast lunch dinner. From 15:00 to 17:00 snacks by the pool - with plates and cutlery.
6. Food. The choice is relatively small, but enough to eat. Minus: there were positions that ended in an hour and a half and were not replenished (this is the main menu and fruits / desserts).
There was a nuance: yesterday's chicken fillet - grilled, today chicken with sauce, or yesterday's warm pasta with vegetables - today a cold salad with fresh vegetables.
There are drinks - called "fresh" - there is little in common between the drink and the name).
7. Bar service. At the lower Aqua bar and by the beach - everything is super. Attentive and helpful guys. The upper bar La Rotunda cannot boast of this.
8. Restaurant. Entrance after temperature measurement and wearing masks. Tables are disinfected. They put food on their own. Devices in individual packaging. There were obviously few waiters. Quite sluggish. Tipping had no effect on the situation. Plates often stood on the tables to the last. From 7 - 3 days they brought dirty cups (it turned out that drinking herbal light tea is not only useful, but also beneficial for health : )
Cleaning tables - everything is swept to the floor. There is no stationary cleaner, after the first meal you can forget about cleanliness.
A la carte - did not attend.
When they came to the reservation, a large company came out with the words: "there is no point in going - just ruin your evening" - well, in general, I convinced you : )
Dinner by the pool. Grill and ice cream (which ended very quickly) were added to the main meal.
It is strange that most of the tables set were round with a seating for 6 people, as mostly couples (+1-2 children) having a rest. It seems like a pandemic, but here you need to sit down at a common table.
The way out (if there are two of you) - come before everyone else or there are tables at the entrance to the restaurant - without serving but for 2; )
9. Animation. In the afternoon: darts, water aerobics, exercises, yoga, dancing, volleyball. For children during the day on the playground animator - disco in the evening.
Evening program (not personally visited), but it seems like the following: Mr. / Miss hotel, guess the melody, there was some kind of singer.
Subjective advantage:

Good location. Every evening we went for a walk (Old Town, Il Mtrcato, Mince ... ) and El Fanar beach (explicit protection from the wind and compensation for the missing sunbeds in the hotel).
