The maids, unlike the lazy Turkish floor wipers, are unusually hardworking and diligent. During the entire vacation, I never had to complain to the reception about the service staff. We did not remain in debt and left tips regularly, and Babaev's chocolates were accepted by the locals with joy.
Public catering is represented by several establishments, we liked the grill the most. Sea reptiles on the coals, but with hot sauce! It's a pity that beer in Tae is not an art object, you can drink it to quench your thirst, but you can't get such a buzz as with "kö lsch" or Prague's "twelve". We had breakfast when at the hotel, when on the beach in cafes. We dined almost always in different establishments. We had dinner when at the hotel, when we also traveled. I wanted to try different things, try everything - shrimp, crabs, octopuses, fish, lamb, melting rice and all this with unusual sauces, freshly squeezed juices, in the fresh air, to the sound of the ocean surf. Now here until the end of spring on a diet. ))) Of course, the Thais are the favorites of their gods, there are not many places where all the food is wonderful, unusually fresh and inexpensive. Returning after this to Moscow shawarma and dumplings is simply terrible.
We took a trip to the Similan Islands, we have long wanted to. And not because of J.
Bond, but simply one of the best sea trips. And so they mostly gave themselves to swimming and sunbathing, with breaks for massage and spa. The hotel's beach is equipped, as it should be for a five-star hotel: sun loungers, towels, umbrellas, everything is in abundance, everything glitters and sparkles in the sun. What's nice is that you don't have to break before breakfast and take a seat.
Once my husband managed to negotiate with local fishermen and they took him with them, of course, they didn’t let him drag the fish out of the water, but there were enough positive emotions anyway. Not too far away there is a coral with all sorts of beautiful fish. My husband tempted me twice to visit him. I am afraid to dive at all, but even if you lie on the water, you can admire the wonderful living creatures through the glasses of the mask. And the husband dived and on the shore regretted that he was too lazy to buy an aquabox for a camera before the vacation. We bought it two days before departure, when we were shopping in Bangkok. He'll catch up on his next trip.

A large selection of restaurants and cafes both on site and on the beach. In this hotel you get a quiet, respectable holiday, with excellent service. (outside the hotel, everything is not so beautiful, there are many cafes that have not been restored after the tsunami... a bit shocking in contrast). On the last day, they launched a giant national Thai balloon from the highest mountain as a sign of farewell to the city and, with a slight sadness in their souls, returned to their room to pack. The hotel is simply superb, in general, I have never seen such stylish designer hotels. The kitchen on site is excellent, very friendly staff, there is a good spa. It's a 45 minute drive to Patong, but that didn't bother us, because we wanted a great sea, delicious food and excellent service. Everything we were looking for was found in this hotel.
