We had a two-room suite on the first floor in building 2. This is simply two standard rooms connected by a door in the wall. At the entrance there is a toilet with a washbasin, a door, then a room with a sideboard, a sofa, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a TV, a French window and access to a common balcony. The second room with one double bed - nothing needs to be moved))) a dressing table, bedside tables, an ottoman - there is plenty of furniture, you don’t even use so many drawers. Also a French window to the balcony. From this bedroom there is an entrance to a small shower room. There is a faucet and a shower in the wall, the drain works well, there is always hot water, it turns off only late at night. Cleaning was daily, BUT except Saturday and Sunday. You can, of course, without cleaning, but it is advisable to take out the trash can on the weekend. Linen change every 7 days. Towels and bedding were white. The furniture is new, there was a set of plates, spoons and cups in the sideboard. Cons - not everywhere is clean! I wish the bedspread was cleaner, there was someone's hair in the nightstand. The closet is dusty. We slept with the light on in the shower (there is a window above the door) so that the bedroom was light. So less centipedes ran along the walls. My hair stood on end when on the first evening I went from another room into the bedroom and saw two street bugs sitting by the bed where the child is sleeping and a centipede that quickly ran along the wall and wound up under the door frame. (I have a photo) . When the rain passed, it became damp, huge black worms crawled out, they sat outside on the walls of the building and we found a few in our room - they sit motionless either on the curtain or on the wall. I don’t know if there was such living creatures on the 2nd and 3rd floors... They left both money and equipment in the room - there is no theft. The maids and indeed the entire staff of the resort are very responsive and friendly. Not for money like Arabs or Turks, but just like that.
The area is very beautiful! Huge landscaped park, wonderful air around, tennis court, volleyball court. Three resort beaches are also clean. On one they offer sun loungers for 30 UAH per day, but you can also on pebbles. And on one of the walls a pipe sticks out, drains flow into the sea. And on the same beach, just sharp rubble is poured, not yet rounded by a wave. On the beach, of all the places where you can eat, only the "Deck" restaurant is worthy of attention, everything is delicious, there is a children's menu. The rest of the establishments are rather dubious. In the village itself, you can go "At the mother-in-law" and "Malibu". In the village there is a mini market, a shop of Crimean wines, a very small fruit market, fruit prices are expensive.
In the sanatorium dining room, the food is decent, you can always find something to eat from what is offered. The waiters clean up quickly, the girls bake delicious pancakes in the hall, but there are queues everywhere, which of course bothers. There are a lot of people, even though they go in three shifts. You need to look for a free table. We "in bad faith" attended meals, often just went to a cafe.
Tours were not taken. They themselves went by bus to the zoo, the Vorontsov Palace and climbed Ai-Petri. From the beach, you can still take a big cable car to the Yasnaya Polyana sanatorium and see the Palace of Countess Panina, where Leo Tolstoy lived.
In the resort every evening entertainment for children and adults. Gaspra itself is boring, crowded and nothing interesting. Vacationers of the sanatorium in our period were 85% elderly people.
It was also interesting to watch the shooting of the film - a Russian film crew worked on the territory for 3 days. The administration warned about the filming and apologized for the inconvenience. Although we did not feel any inconvenience.
Of the procedures, they visited the salt room, 25 UAH per procedure.
I came to the conclusion that the price of the ticket does not meet the conditions. Only nature is good. The southern coast of Crimea is stunning, where fences have not yet been set up and private mansions have not been set up.
Dining room... the taste of the color of friends is not like less, but a little to invest the soul of the waiters well done.
The park building of the sanatorium is beautiful, but when you see how the builders work - the horror is just one example of the concrete railing, the paint and it has already cracked where the owner...
P L Z F we came to relax on the sea on the site equipped beach we found only stairs to the beach sun loungers shady canopy there is nothing but dirty stones
the boys are doing a small business and everything is good, I have never seen worse
example Yalta Intourist beach is simple and convenient
REST IS SATISFIED BECAUSE THE WHOLE TEAM IS SUPER
We rested as a family of 3 people, my husband and I and a child of 3.5 years. booked a ticket through the website of the sanatorium booked back in March, no problems arose. the room was booked for the 2nd local PC south in building 3. Arriving at the sanatorium and going to the reception, we were very “expensively” met by a representative of the insurance company, who almost asked in a demanding tone “I have insurance”. no hello to you, no question about our desire to insure, but immediately began to demand that we purchase insurance from her. we are tired from the road, after driving approx. 650 km with a small child were simply dumbfounded by this behavior of this person, not only spoiled our mood, but almost spoiled the idea of the sanatorium itself. fortunately, at the moment of our bewilderment and trying to get into the registration office, an employee of the sanatorium Elena (room 300) approached us, a very sweet and sympathetic girl, special thanks to her and many thanks, she reassured us, quickly issued us, gave us the key to the room and sent us further register at the registry. a big request to the administration of the sanatorium or ask the insurance company to change the agent or let them change their approach.
we had a room in the 3rd building on the 5th floor, the room was good, the furniture was new, the LCD TV, air conditioning, but the water was hot according to the schedule from 6.00-14.00 and from 18.00-22.30, of course, we were not very happy right away, but then, as it turned out, there were no problems with this was not the schedule is quite acceptable.
The room is good (503) but for some reason they forgot to clean it. The rugs near the bed are dirty, someone's long black hair was lying in the room, there was dust and dirt in the bedside tables, there was a puddle under the refrigerator (and in the refrigerator too), and in the bathroom... in the bathroom in the shower room there was mold in the corners, there was no dirt in the shower and thought to wash at all. The toilet bowl seems to have been washed inside, but the lid is dirty, the washbasin was wiped and the tiles around it were splashed, the door was splashed that it turned from brown to gray, the bed was also not clean, in the hair, but the towels were snow-white and clean. My husband went to the first floor asking why the room was dirty, they said in bewilderment that everything would be removed in half an hour, although the maid had already left today. After waiting 30 minutes and coming to the room, the only changes were that I wiped the drive in the refrigerator and near it. After that, I took antibacterial wipes ptorerla myself all the furniture inside and out, wiped the toilet lid with an antiseptic, it’s good that we always carry our own bed (knowing the level of our sanatoriums) laid our sheet and our pillows, but in the shower we washed. I probably shouldn’t have done this by paying 1200 UAH per day for the room, but I had to... the next day I met the lady’s lady, it turned out to be a dear grandmother of God’s dandelion, it’s just bad that she doesn’t do her job. For the entire period, they didn’t give us a clean bed (you have your own current to offer you ours), but the towels were changed often, you can say almost every other day. Wet cleaning was for 12 days once, the rugs remained dirty. The garbage was thrown out every day, but the garbage bag remained the same (my chewing gum stuck to it on the second day, so it showed off there until I put on my clean bag). In general, the cleaning in the room is disgusting, and a request to the administration to pay attention to this, since soon there will be nothing left of the shower and the repair. I specifically submitted a photo of the mold in the bathroom, but unfortunately I could not post it on the sanatorium website. Please change the maid, dear granny, but she is also a maid and not just a sweet granny.
Everything was interesting to me how they clean the other rooms and on the day of our departure my parents arrived at their family PC room in the 3rd building on the 4th floor No. 418, the room is excellent spacious and PERFECTLY clean, there is nothing to complain about. And during the rest, the cleaning is wet every day, the dust is wiped off and the window sills and the balcony, in general, this is what it means when a person is in his place. In our room, the maid came to the balcony once, did a type of wet cleaning, but the railings were dirty with birds (pigeons), so no one tried to wipe it.
Fortunately, all the negative moments of rest, so to speak, are over.
The territory is large, beautiful, many different figures, but not enough flowers. The playground is very tiny, once we went with the child and there are no full-fledged swings or slides. One wooden rocking chair, a non-slip slide and two square sandboxes. But we did not come to the site to run, but to walk, swim and enjoy nature, which we did.
Many entertainment programs for children, almost every day, well done!
The car was left on the territory of the parking lot 35 gn per day, it is convenient that each car is left near its building, there is a lot
We ate on the 3rd shift, which is not very good, lunch from 14, and the child wakes up early, and during lunch he often dozed over the plate, we asked to move the lunch earlier, we were met, but when it was during lunch there were a lot of people asked to wait. The food in the first 3 days was just excellent, then when the quality was added, the quality suffered a little, but nevertheless everything was edible. If in the sanatorium "Ai-petri" it was possible to eat only edible, then here, in principle, everything that you can eat can be eaten. We are very picky about food and were satisfied. The fact that milk porridge is diluted with water, because according to technology they are boiled immediately on water, and then milk is added. I have a child in "Ai-Petri" that he had to make great efforts to eat, and in "Ukraine" he ate almost everything without persuasion. In the morning there were 2 types of milk porridge, pancakes casserole, meat and cheese cuts, vegetables, unsweetened cereals, sometimes sausages or sausages, milk tea and coffee. For lunch, 2 types of first courses + one lean soup, main courses, there was always either olivier, vinaigrette or herring under a fur coat, compote, hibiscus, of course there were few fruits and they were always cut into pieces, for dinner there were also milk porridge, meat (chicken) , side dishes, cocoa and kefir, for breakfast and dinner constantly fresh pastries without restrictions and 3 times a day pancakes that were fried right in the hall. But we didn't like them much. In general, the food is decent, they don’t save on groceries, there was always enough food, although you had to wait or stand in line. The canteen workers are great, for some days they were forced to hand over bags to the storage room, because. someone took out the instruments, but it's already like this...
The beach of the sanatorium is good, the big drawback is that they let “strangers” in and had to run at 8 in the morning to throw a blanket and then go for breakfast. The beach when we were resting was crowded, it was hard to get to the sea. But my parents said that the next day after our departure, they began to complain that there were not enough meth and only vacationers from the sanatorium were allowed to go to the beach. There were a lot of places.
In general, I liked the rest, the staff of the sanatorium is responsive and pleasant, my parents are also very satisfied, and the child who has been resting there for almost 21 days says that he likes it and does not want to go home.
I highly recommend this resort, you won't regret it.
