Client-oriented staff of the sanatorium (I highlight the culture of communication with patients / clients in the process of daily communication); well-coordinated team, treat requests with understanding.
Stayed: end of February-beginning of March 2023
Before the trip, there were concerns about the room, food, leisure. For me (my opinion coincided with everyone with whom I talked during the procedures, visits to the pool, dining room and excursions) - this was important, since I first went on a social package and wanted to understand: what about in other places).
Convenient location of the sanatorium (all three of its buildings) - walking distance from the embankment.
The rooms are clean, the maid is cleaning daily. During my stay 3p. changed a set of towels (in the amount of 4 pieces); bed linen. Available: Wi-Fi; TV; air conditioner; hair dryer in the room; fridge; balcony; shower/toilet. On the floors there is a foyer with upholstered furniture, coolers with hot/cold water.

There are 3 pools (including 2 outdoor) with a comfortable temperature. It also has its own pebble beach (changing rooms, sunbeds, etc. )
Definitely delicious, varied food. Meals on the "buffet" system (excellent and large selection). This allows you to independently choose the main course, as well as the second course with a side dish, salads, etc.

Amazing location - the sanatorium is recognizably visible even from a distance. The territory is landscaped, well-planned. The seating areas are beautifully designed. Summer pools, sun loungers and interior remind of summer even in winter. The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff and procedures are top notch.

To the sea about 10 minutes through the tunnel. The beach is pebbly, which is a plus for me, since I do not like sand. Before that, they only rested abroad, but they spent their time here just as well.

I don't understand why there are so many good reviews for this resort. Of the pluses of the territory - wi-fi, its own beach. That's where the pluses end. Service is disgusting! For 10 days, the towels were changed only on the 8th day, and then after we said this three times.

From food more or less breakfast. Lunch and dinner are a mix. We had lunch and dinner elsewhere. Sanatorium treatment is also the same name. The price does not match the quality. The first day was generally shoved into the basement for the staff, and from the compensation they made a discount of 25% per day and that's it! I have never met such rudeness anywhere, although I have visited many places. And I liked the Crimea itself. Well, the Blue Wave sanatorium can probably be made better if the administration is changed.

The staff at the hotel is attentive, they come at the first call and try to help in any matter. The furniture is really not the newest in the room, but everything is in order, nothing falls off anywhere. This year we plan to break out here again for at least a week.
