Almost all the guests were Russians, a few Ukrainians, there were also two Arab families. The staff is very friendly and unobtrusive, which is also a plus. Sufficiently spacious and well-groomed territory.
The hotel is located on a rocky hill, therefore, following from the reception to the sea, you constantly go down. Two stairs lead to the beach. On the beach there is a bar with soft and alcoholic drinks and snacks (pizza is prepared in front of you), a volleyball court. They also offer massage, I will note right away that the pleasure is not cheap. You can, of course, soak up the water on the shallows, but you have to go into the sea itself along two piers, where lifeguards are on duty. On the piers you pass the coral barrier and immediately get into the depths. The sea is clean and transparent. Immediately stock up on a mask and snorkel, the coral reef, like the local fauna, is really impressive! If you forgot your mask, you can buy it at the hotel shop or rent it from the employee who gives out beach towels, but the first option is better.
The hotel has a small amphitheater like an antique - stone seats and mattresses laid on them. Unusual, but cool. Every evening there is some kind of show with the active participation of guests in it.
There is one more advantage - hotel guests can use the services of the neighboring Joyce Hotel, where there are pools with water slides and a disco.
But along with the advantages, the hotel has a number of significant disadvantages.
First, the furniture and appliances are by no means new. Upon arrival, it turned out that the telephone, the lighting in the hallway and the mini-bar did not work immediately! The remote control from the TV also left much to be desired. The phone was quickly repaired, the rest did not reach the rest. The bed linen was also permanently stained in some places.
Secondly, only one canteen (such as a restaurant) worked for the entire hotel, as well as several bars. The second restaurant by the sea was closed. The food is quite tolerable, but monotonous. The bar menu is very limited.
An unpleasant surprise (and, as it turned out, not only in my room) were ants. They appeared in my bathroom, a little, one or two, but still unpleasant. I don’t know how the administration reacted to the claims, whether they were harassed or not, but the neighborhood with them continued throughout the two weeks of my stay at the hotel.

I had to hang around in the shower for more than 40 minutes every day... and I didn’t wash them in the shower, but crocheted to wash at least some stream under the tap. We understand that this is all due to the fact that they have watering machines everywhere. At first they worked only in the evening, then they began to work both in the morning and in the afternoon. The room was good with a huge bed. There were no cockroaches or mosquitoes. In the evenings, they fumigated the territory with some kind of specific smoke, so there were no problems with insects at all... only once at night they saw 2 large such African cockroaches crawling out of the well. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed and water supplied. True, it was more difficult with beach towels... in 10 days we changed them only 2 times. Either when the cleaner arrived, we were with them on the beach... or they simply did not change, but for some reason there were never any clean ones at the reception. And since we had a room without a balcony, these very towels did not even dry out during the day. We didn't have any thefts, thank God. . . The air conditioner worked day and night, everything was OK with that.
As for the sea, it's great... We did not regret that we took masks and slippers for corals. But, although Waves is located on the 1st line, it was a nightmare to walk to the sea during the day and return back to the room in the heat... our room was located opposite the reception... we had to go uphill and very far. So during the day we hung out in the bass, in the evening we went to the sea.
The food in the restaurant is varied, but at the end of the holiday it is already boring... because they cook a lot of things every day, but the same thing every day. Only desserts diversify life.
They settled us after 14, although we checked in at 11... some wrote that they were settled at 8 in the morning.
Wi-Fi was a complete disaster... he is at the reception and rather weak... and if you want to go on Skype in the evening before dinner, when there are already a lot of people sitting there, then you will be thrown out and you will not communicate with relatives. . . More, for non-smokers us, the time spent on wi-fi was torture. The whole reception smokes from the heart, the smoke is a pillar and it's something terrible. . . clothes, hair absorb all this depressing smell. . . in general, tin.

The food in the restaurant is varied, but at the end of the holiday it is already boring... because they cook a lot of things every day, but the same thing every day. Only desserts diversify life.
They settled us after 14, although we checked in at 11... some wrote that they were settled at 8 in the morning.
Wi-Fi was a complete disaster... he is at the reception and rather weak... and if you want to go on Skype in the evening before dinner, when there are already a lot of people sitting there, then you will be thrown out and you will not communicate with relatives. . . More, for non-smokers us, the time spent on wi-fi was torture. The whole reception smokes from the heart, the smoke is a pillar and it's something terrible. . . clothes, hair absorb all this depressing smell. . . in general, tin.
In general, everything is fine, we knew that the star rating of hotels in Egypt is very high. Rest was superb. The guide didn't push anything on us, everything was wonderful!!!

The staff is terrible, they are aggressive and can really hurt you for your claims !! ! in the room we had +15, which is the maximum, it's warmer outside, we were moved, we paid money for this and slept in jackets and socks !! ! I didn’t wash there for 2 days, the hot water didn’t work!! ! The balconies don’t close, there’s no light in the rooms, the windows in the hotels are broken, there are no hoods and air conditioners!! ! I thought that upon arrival I would be in a hospital in a mental hospital! ! ! There are 2 checkpoints before entering the hotel, so you can only take a taxi at the hotel for 25 USD.
