According to the tour operator, this hotel was opposed as a good, youth hotel of the 4 + * category, in fact it is difficult to attribute the hotel even to 3 stars. On the day of arrival, they settled at 10:00, this is the only plus, everything else is just disgusting! The room, which was intended for three persons, turned out to be a double room + a folding bed.
The food is simply disgusting, for breakfast there is nothing to eat from the word at all, the guests walked in circles along the tables hoping to choose at least something, lunch and dinner are better, but there is no choice, only one meat and one side dish, cucumber, tomato, and a couple of salads with dressings local production, as well as soup. The child was hungry all day, all that he managed to eat was an appetizer for beer pita bread with some kind of minced meat.
From fruits only apples and pieces of orange.
And also all the food is not signed.
The alcohol is of very low quality, with some strange smell, there is nothing else to drink besides beer.
There is no animation in the hotel at all, although again I will mention that the hotel was recommended as a party and youth hotel and good animation. All questions had one answer.
We came to rest not in winter, but in mid-May, when the season is already in full swing. Last year we visited a hotel in Alanya, where the service is at the highest level. One conclusion - the hotel is not ready to open and work. Why open a hotel if you can't provide proper service and a comfortable stay for guests.
There is also only negative about the beach, it is not equipped with a comfortable location, instead of the declared pebbles, there were huge cobblestones on which it is simply impossible to move!
Beautiful view of the mountains from the room, but everything is spoiled by the noisy construction under the window, starting at 09:00, thus interfering with the rest!
After the first day of being in this hotel, we began to demand relocation to another hotel, because being there was simply unrealistic, the mood was spoiled to zero. Tez tour offered two options, but immediately indicated that they do not have information online, therefore they cannot guarantee that these hotels will not be worse, therefore, we can conclude that the guides do not transmit and do not own information. In the end, we were moved, thanks for this of course Tez tour, the second hotel turned out to be a paradise against the background of that.

The mood and impression are spoiled about the vacation, I have never seen such a nightmare. This hotel is not something that cannot be recommended to guests, it can only be recommended to close it until the organization of an established service is fully organized.

Special attention deserves the food and the bar, or rather its absence ....no names of dishes ...a very poor assortment, there is no choice of hot dishes, the soup is disgusting, the kitchen is at zero. Bar...there is nothing to do there either, alcohol is very low quality and of dubious production, there is no choice either...not even a standard majito. The beach is huge and sharp cobblestones, the step is a pain, a very small and unkempt beach, there is no entertainment. I went with my 14-year-old son and a friend ....children, like adults, have nothing to do there ....boring and not interesting. From fruit slices of orange and apples.
We were settled in a 2-bed room and additionally put a cot. The view from the room is certainly beautiful if it were not for the construction site, the noise at the construction site started at 9 am. Asked questions to the staff where the food and animation, we were told that they opened 10 days ago! But the service should not suffer, the beginning, middle or end of the season!! ! The first day we were loyal....we attributed everything to the flight and fatigue....on the second day we started ringing the bells....realizing that this is not rest, but torment! We contacted the tour operator and wrote a complaint, we were given a choice of two hotels at no extra charge. Regarding the Tez Tour, they do not have online information about what is happening in hotels, of course, Turkish guides do not transmit real information about hotels and this is a huge minus. This hotel does not pull even 3ku. So when choosing a hotel, you need to take into account seasonality ...as it turned out, not all hotels are ready to receive guests.
We are very upset by the choice of this hotel and of course we understand that it is impossible to protect ourselves from such "impressions". I repeat the tour operator does not own the information.

The room is in the Annex building, the windows opened onto the road, it's a bit noisy, but if you close it, it's normal.

In general, we liked everything, comparing what was previously in the top 5. We traveled with Join from Chisinau, flight transfer from 7.00 to 12.00, so we rented a hotel 9 km from the airport, paid UAH 1.700 per night for 2 (Jumbo hotel) with breakfast. We parked the car near the airport, paid 740 lei.

Food in 2020 was poorer. In 2021 it is already better, most of the dishes are delicious. This is due to the opening of flights from Russia. Tours have also risen in price (500 euros from 2 in 2020 against 1200 euros in 2021 for 9 nights). The truth became more fun - the Russians in the evening and at night liked to spend time noisily on the balcony (fx. on the others), they knocked out 2 doors in the building, fights, calling the police, drunken bodies in the lobby.
The sea is awesome. Sellers on the street - do not cling, you feel comfortable, safe. Well done! Not like in Egypt.

They chose him because the price is normal and many advised him as cheerful and youthful... since we are both at the age of 45-50 years old and single . . we chose so that there was an atmosphere on vacation for pleasant communication, flirting with the female sex from the circle of tourists who also do not have families and choose hotels for young people... that is, to unwind and catch the "courage" of carelessness . .

We were completely disappointed... although we saw a lot of “youth” from 4-12 years old +....BUT this is half the trouble and on the 3rd day we resigned ourselves to the fact that there are NO worthy, interesting outwardly and adequate young ladies under 40 years old and courageously accepted a constructive vacation just enjoying the sea and the sun!

Therefore, I DO NOT advise going to this hotel to either girls or men who want to drink, have fun and relax, seeing around them not only couples with children that squeak or a contingent of ugly aunts who don’t even have a “last” chance for attention and a romantic night... without clearly !! ! one liter of vodka that a man needs to take!!
Other cons:
1) Food-= economy package! monotonous, not tasty huge queues (from the outside you think that the "starving Volga region"), little meat and the same type (for lunch they give "lyulya-kebab" with sausages and for dinner identical minced meat but in the form of cutlets, the fish for the entire period was 4 times and tasteless dry 2 kinds of both from the market, etc... yes, there are enough vegetables and herbs, only watermelon and not tasty apples from fruits!
2) Alcohol, as everywhere the same tolerable Turkish quality = the norm, but the bar worked only 1 and only until 12 pm and again there was an eternal queue for the mausoleum + to pour the same whiskey or beer into glass, then this is luck... bartenders try to plastic pour stinky glasses. At the beach bar from the hotel, I think it is already clear to everyone that there is not even beer...
3) The rooms are small, the safe is $1 a day, there is only one card for two, but the rooms will do to sleep. . . minus the fact that the air conditioner is hung stupidly, right above the headboard and it’s dangerous not to inflate.
4) Who cares and needs pools, that is, 2 pieces, quite large.
5) The public of tourists - a lot of Belarusians already drunk in the morning and part of the Russians... God bless him if they were pleasant, relaxing Women... but the gangs of men that have reached the bar and under the flooded plum are framing indiscriminately (curve, oblique, " bedside table ”of 100 kg . . no difference), it was even NOT funny to watch and sad! In addition to companies of such “thin womanizers” + a little mommy with children + a little Turks.
6). Go to the sea = 10 m, it didn’t annoy, although along the road, the beach, like everywhere else in Turkey, is ordinary, sunbeds are on top of each other... I can give an objective rating of 5, because it’s the purity of the sea and water . . BUT this is the merit of the management of this hotel No . . the beach is pebbly and for us it was not a negative because it is more useful than sand for both legs and back!
7) WiFI in the hotel even in the lobby itself for the most part = WILL... but not for long, you need to restart and ONLY if you are very persistent! used to never give up and aggressively “catch” it up to 1.5 meters back and forth . . and having achieved the result, you can triumph !!! ! watching Internet traffic and hearing the long-awaited SMS sounds! It is recommended to catch WiFI closer to the reception area, but it is important that it be at 5-6 in the morning. . later this probability decreases, BUT it will “harden” you!!!

I hope our review, as adequate people who have traveled a lot of resorts around the world and that they are not at all unpretentious and not picky, will be useful to many people so as not to “get sucked in” because this hotel can be visited by THOSE who need only the sea and its price should be significantly reduced to a service level of up to 3 stars, but nothing more!

At the same time, about 15 people settled that evening, and the hotel knew that so many people would arrive, but they did not want to take care of us. We had children with us, some traveled 6-8 hours to the airport, and then the same amount to the hotel.
Breakfast - a queue of 20 people. Turns out they are fried eggs. 2 people on hand!! ! One grandfather, and the second a nervous and unpleasant person, throwing food like animals, always dissatisfied with everything. Why not increase the number of people for distribution? Maybe then there won't be a line.
Monotonous breakfasts, as mentioned above. The same, cheapest cookie. Fruit is watermelon, orange for breakfast. And apples. Everything. Although the cherry season and on the street at retail, it costs $ 2.
Pancakes for 10 days were once, and this is... a gray mass.
Lunch and dinner consisted of ta-dam 6 courses and soup! Two meat, or meat and fish, 2 side dishes rice and pasta, mostly sometimes potatoes, stewed vegetables, stuffed peppers, spinach. Everything except rice is always seasoned with something, spicy, tomato sauces. The meat that they call turkey and which is served every day in different interpretations (in the form of minced meat) is actually of unknown origin, neither beef nor lamb, but definitely not turkey!

Dinner is the same. Once my child ate rice and potatoes, as there was nothing to choose from.
Slides work on time and only two of the four. The gym is closed - the answer is coronavirus! You can watch football on the big screen (the Ukrainian national team played) - no, the coronavirus, while there is an eternal queue in the dining room, especially for breakfast!
The bedding is stated to be changed every 3 days, they forgot to change it, after a reminder for 4 - they forgot again, on the fifth - they reminded us again and changed about a miracle! More than 10 days so no one tried to change. Towels were changed twice in 10 days.
Wi-fi only in the lobby or near the pool, you need to reconnect every hour. When leaving, no one asked us if we needed food on the road.
Waiters, kitchen and bar workers always wear masks! The tables were treated with an antiseptic, the glasses were washed in dishwashers.
The rest could not be spoiled by all of the above, but if I had honest reviews, this hotel would NOT have been chosen unambiguously!

The hotel is clean. It is not necessary to observe the mask mode in the premises, the temperature was measured upon check-in. I liked the territory: two pools, three different slides (I moved out of one)), but I'm not a fan of relaxing by the pool. You have to walk 5-7 minutes to the beach, the road is pleasant, through a park with a mini-zoo (chickens, geese, turkeys walk around the park, fish swim in the fountain, arched bridges are spread out). The beach is pebbly, the sea is very warm and clean. The hotel does not have its own beach, it was possible to use free sunbeds on the free city beach.
The food was quite modest, but don't forget: it's 4 stars and a very reasonable price, so I was satisfied. There was always watermelon, plums, tangerines, fresh vegetables, delicious salads, eggplants, sweet peppers, cheese. Hot dishes were given out on the street, cold snacks - in the building. All products are behind glass showcases, everything is neat, you will not stay hungry. It was easy to connect to wi-fi near the reception, as the distance went away, the signal weakened, in my room it was no longer there at all. There is a TV with several Russian channels.
Among the vacationers were, in my opinion, only Russian-speaking. I am satisfied with my rest.

The hotel staff is quite rude. The hotel area is very small. There is total savings everywhere and on everything. The slides only operate four hours a day. At the same time, out of the four available personnel, only two are included. The gym and indoor pool are closed. To use the hotel Wi-Fi, you need to reconnect every hour! If the maid forgot to replenish your water supply while cleaning the room, then bottled water, unfortunately, can only be taken at the reception.
Of all the bars available, only one is open!! ! In which, according to the price list, only frankly cheap booze is free, all other drinks are offered only for money! Crockery in the bar, mostly plastic cups.
Our room 828 overlooking the pool, is located in the "new building". During the disco (every other day) it was very noisy in the room )))
"Dining room". Unfortunately, this catering facility cannot be called a restaurant even with great effort. Food distribution counters are located extremely inconveniently. Everywhere artificially created very large queues. The choice of "dishes" is so meager that out of hopelessness for dinner, I repeatedly had to take half-eaten soup for lunch! The beach is very small, entry into the sea is very bad. There are not enough sun loungers for everyone, and therefore many vacationers are forced to lie on rags right on the pebbles.
I would definitely not recommend this hotel for a holiday. At the time of the visit, this is a very weak C grade!! ! The only joy is that this is Kemer and it is beautiful!!!
The Turks, seeing my undisguised dissatisfaction, said that I should not evaluate Turkey by this hotel and this year)))
