The restaurant is huge, there are no queues, there was enough space for everyone. The food was tasty and varied, meat, fish are always in several versions. For breakfast - pancakes, omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, cereals, coffee, cocoa, cereal, halva, chocolate, you can't count everything and everything is deliciously cooked. At lunchtime, the on-site bar serves delicious pizza and burgers. In the evening - several types of ice cream and very tasty (unlike other hotels) cakes and pastries. From fruits - watermelons, melons, apples, grapes, tangerines, oranges, there is a separate menu for children (by the way, very tasty cooked dishes).
In communication with other tourists (mostly discussions took place in the sauna), I heard dissatisfaction with the fact that there were no bathrobes (slippers were given out), champagne, seafood (there were crayfish, trout, dorado, salmon in various forms), ice cream not all day and some more bogus claims. However, these "complainers" did not take into account the price of a stay at the HV-1 hotel. By monitoring other hotels of this class, they would see a price 60-70% higher, so no one has canceled Rixxos yet.
The territory, of course, is beautiful, and the room is quite, the bathroom is really quite small, the air conditioner worked well, two cool playgrounds, one of them on the beach. Oh yes, from the pluses of almost 20 beds on the beach for families with children and a helpful administrator of the main restaurant, in fact, all of the good things.
Minuses:
1) When checking in, EVERYONE was waiting for hours ...we were generally up to 3 nights! Muryzhili, despite the fact that they arrived a little after 9 pm due to a flight delay of 4.5 hours. That is, in fact, we had to arrive at 5. The lobby was full of mosquitoes, we tried to sleep, drove mosquitoes away from a sleeping child for three hours, as a result, I was all bitten and red spots for a few more days, it’s good that they took antihistamines with them.
2) Many people got sick there, this time we did not swim in the pools at all!
They caught an intestinal virus (my son and mother-in-law vomited), and two of them had a cold.
3) Animation, no matter how thin it is, ends by 5 o'clock in the afternoon, Sunday is generally a day off.
4) There is no promenade, or at least pallets along the beach, one road - from the main restaurant to the pier and back.
5) The food is the same every day, egg pancakes are replaced every other day, there is no seafood, except for fish, white is tasteless, and red was once in 10 days. The child did not eat anything, this time it was hard to feed him.
6) Noise at least until midnight, both from the amphitheater and from the pool area. There was one quiet night when the performances were on the beach, and this despite the fact that house 6, in the middle of the territory.
Here's what to say, if you decide to go, stock up on medicines and earplugs.
Cons: The food is so-so monotonous and not very tasty. As everywhere for this price. If you want a good price tag there will be different (three times more expensive). There is something to compare.
The hotel lived up to expectations, it is pleasant and comfortable to relax in it. I'll be back.
Pros.
1. The hotel area is a large and very well maintained park. Beauty is unreal! And everywhere is clean.
2. Sauna, hammam - free of charge.
3. Wi-Fi is great everywhere!
4. The beach is spacious and clean. There is a fairly large beach on the pier. Pools are clean and don't smell of bleach.
Minuses.
1. Safe in the room - paid for $ 3 per day, for the first time I see this in all inclusive.
2. Bar on the beach - paid, only water is free. Inconvenient schedule for changing towels: whoever likes to be at the sea after 17:00 is forced to carry wet towels to the room.
By the way, you can change towels once a day, more often - for money.
3. Cleaning is so-so: they swept the floor, took out the trash, changed the towels. The bed was not changed even once in 9 days!
4. Air conditioners in the rooms are noisy.
5. Air conditioners in the restaurant are turned off a few minutes after opening, it seems that they are turned on for service personnel, and not for guests.
