The food, yes, is excellent, but an unpleasant incident occurred: in a cooked dish, I came across a fragment of a plate. Good thing I didn't swallow it and break my tooth! The claim was made, for which they sent us a bottle of wine as an apology, and a piece of plastic was also caught in the local ice cream. Algol imported and local in abundance, no problem.
Fish Restaurant A La Carte: I don't understand the rave reviews. The dishes are the same as in the main restaurant (yesterday's cooking), the waiters rush about and do not know who ordered what. Alcohol on the wine list is paid.
The beach and sea are good. There were enough sunbeds, you could always find a free one.
We ordered the services of a photographer: one photo as a gift, but almost half of the photos from our photo shoot were lost. A trifle, but not pleasant. After all, the impression is made up of little things, isn't it?
Animation and entertainment excellent. For visitors with children, everything is also provided, up to a separate meal for the child.
Hotel guide Pegas Lydia: the only goal is to sell more excursions, not friendly, never, passing by, did not say hello. A trifle?
Upon departure, the suitcases were not brought to us before the transfer. Husband carried it himself. Again a trifle?
So, summary: I had no intention of writing a negative review.
My husband and I always rest calmly, we don’t make endless claims, we don’t spoil our vacation. The review is simply stating the facts. This will help someone to navigate in choosing a hotel, because the price here is quite high. Yes, and if the hotel positions itself as a premium class, all of the above listed by me is simply unacceptable. Opinion is made up of little things!
Cleanliness, very caring staff, delicious food, a great range of European drinks, beautiful grounds… well, in fact, everything is fine, except for the beach.
Minuses:
Today we have the 4th day of rest, yesterday there were many new tourists in the hotel, and the total number of tourists has also increased. Not expecting any changes in the comfort of the rest, we came to the beach at 8.30 and found that there was no place for us. Full of sunbeds occupied by towels, bags, slippers, swimsuits and water bottles, but in fact there are no people. Turning to the beach staff to solve this problem, they heard the answer that they have no right to touch the personal belongings of the guests. We did not give up and went to look for a place further, but it was not there. Then there was communication with the guest relay - there is only one answer, there is a maximum number of sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, we can’t do anything with people. My husband and I are in shock. We obviously will not go down to the level of towels on the beach at 6 am with stones, we will have to sit on chairs in the bar.
There is only one conclusion - Barut Kemer Collection cannot cope with the service when the hotel is loaded by more than 50%.
It's a pity. We certainly did not expect this from a hotel of this level.

reception. We were greeted warmly and offered several rooms to choose from. The work is very clear, fast and attentive.
Guest relations. The girls are professional. Any wishes are fulfilled right there, from the choice of pillows to the choice of time for cleaning the room. Every day they were interested in our wishes and impressions, but at the same time politely and unobtrusively. Many thanks to Svetlana and the whole team led by Emre Bora.
Room. Rooms after major reconstruction. Interesting design and comfortable layout of the room. Cleaning and replenishment of the mini bar efficiently and daily.
Restaurant. The cuisine in Barut is a separate art form! We can safely say that they have the level of European cuisine. The variety on the buffet is quite large: beef, lamb, chicken, fish, seafood, as well as many salads, snacks and fruits. You could always choose dishes either grilled, or steamed, or baked. Dessert! It is immediately clear that they were prepared by master confectioners. Cheesecake, tiramisu, red velvet, esterhaize, profiteroles, macaroons, creme brulee and other traditional desserts. I would also like to note that if you have personal wishes for the kitchen, then they will be fulfilled with pleasure. For example, we asked the child to cook pizza only with cheese and no other additives. Many thanks to Chef Ethem Zeynel for the well-coordinated work of all restaurants, including gourmet A’la karte restaurants.
bar. Alcoholic drinks imported, good quality. Cocktails are prepared professionally.
Animation. Despite the fact that there were few vacationers, the animation team worked with full dedication. All sports and entertainment events were held during the day. Nika and Tyson - guys, you are SUPER! Show programs were twice a week. Karaoke, disco (thanks to DJ Fatih, he always played music at our request, as well as other vacationers), football on the big screen. I am delighted, or rather my grandson, from children's animation, always exciting activities and games, at the sight of Fatif and Olya, the children ran with great pleasure to the mini club. Thanks to Apolly for the awesome animation team!
Rest were very satisfied. We will definitely come again and again.

The room is very comfortable, furniture and fixtures are modern.
Cleaning in the room every day, constant change of towels, bed sheets (clean and snow-white) often changed. Cosmetics and mini bar replenished regularly.
The food is very varied, from PP to fast food, who is used to anything.
The menu has a lot of fish, meat dishes, vegetables, sauces, pickles and snacks.
Lots of desserts from panna cotta to heavy varieties of sweets.
In the main restaurant and in other bars, everything is clean, neat, well-groomed.
Bar in the lobby and outside. Good quality alcohol, a lot of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.
In general, I did not see people suffering from hunger on the territory of the hotel)))
Animation is more geared towards toddlers and middle-aged people. But a lot of sports activities during the day.
There are mini wi-fi dishes all over the hotel, the signal is mostly good, but near our room 2101 there were wires sticking out instead of a dish, so there was almost no wi-fi in the room.
The beach is cleaned constantly, water and juices in the fridge are freely available. Small pebbles, cleanliness, comfortable sun loungers.
There are 4 pools: relaxation for lovers of silence, with slides, an active large pool and a very shallow one for kids.
All pools are regularly cleaned, the water is clear, they do not stink of chlorine.
In general, the work of the staff is excellent. It can be seen how they try and get tired, but they are always friendly and responsive.
From the wishes: a little more animation for teenagers and stable wi-fi.

The beach is pebbly, a lot of free sunbeds even at 10 am. The sea often has waves in the morning, but after 16-00 the sea is calm and there are more people than in the morning. In refrigerators on the beach, bottled water, packaged juice and ayran in individual packages. All other drinks in the pool bar near the pool.
The hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are great - modern.
Will definitely try to come back to this hotel
