* Gorgeous view from all corners of the hotel, sunsets are simply incredible. From the pool you have a direct view of the sea. The territory is clean.
* Wi-Fi is free and catches on the WHOLE territory of the hotel, both in the room and on the beach. Doesn't stutter or slow down.
* The choice of food is quite large, there was red fish for dinner and strawberries in chocolate. On some days live music is played right during the meal. Food at the hotel 24/7, both the dining room and the beach bars serve burgers, pizza, fries, ice cream. From fruits: watermelons, melons, peaches, apricots, kiwi, plums, apples and pears. There is a separate buffet for vegans. There was sometimes a queue for dinner, but it quickly dissipated.
* Two beaches. One is sandy with entry into the sea, the second is on a hill with steps, where the depth is about 2 meters. The sea is very clean, you can see the bottom from any depth, you can also see the fish.
* At the bar at the reception there are all types of alcohol (imported) and all free.
* A huge water park with about 20 slides. It is better to go there in the morning, while there are not so many people yet, in the afternoon there may not be enough pills for descending.
* To the city center 10 minutes by local minibus, or half an hour on foot. There is also a local grocery store two minutes from the hotel, where prices are without extra charges for tourists.
Of the minuses:
* we arrived at the hotel at about 8 am, we were only checked in at about 3 am. So you can not hope for an early check-in to the room. But they showed us where you can change and leave things, so we immediately went to eat and on the beach.
* there are very few tourists from the CIS in the hotel, the staff does not speak Russian at all. You can communicate either in English or through an interpreter.
* We had a large room for 3, but because there were four of us, we had to bring the 4th bed, but they did it a day later, until I got sick of the people at the reception. Initially, the room was not prepared, there were no towels or shower gels. All this was brought up on the second day. So if you have something missing in the room, you will need to repeat this to the staff several times.
But to be honest, all these problems with the room were nothing compared to the unforgettable emotions that we received. We will definitely come back here again. You can go, you won't regret it!
Start over:
We arrived at the hotel at 8 am. Unfortunately we were not able to check in earlier. They said only after 14.00, but the staff at the reception is not very friendly. We changed. left the suitcase, went to breakfast and swim in the pool. At 14.20 we asked for our key and went to look for the room ourselves. The room itself was excellent. New, clean, overall 10 out of 10.
In general, about the rest at the hotel there were only POSITIVE impressions. But, if you do not know English, it will be difficult. Although the Wi-Fi on site is excellent, so an interpreter can help resolve the language barrier.
No complaints about the kitchen. You should not expect any frills, but you can eat plenty: cheeses, sausages, vegetables, salads, fruits, meat products, mashed potatoes, pasta, toast for breakfast, fish, soups, sweets, coffee. juices, wines, cocktails. At the pool bar (open from 12 to 16) there were burgers, shawarma, pizza, french fries, onion rings, ice cream, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Three visits to the sea. From the beach (not a large area) 10 meters to go to the depth. Then 2 entries from the bridge, which are attached to the shore: one entry is the average depth (2-2.5 meters), the second is deep (from 3 m). The water is clean. Enough sunbeds on the beach, umbrellas too.
HUGE + to the staff who always tried to keep clean after people who couldn't even throw the cups in the trash themselves. We also got up for a tour of
one in the morning and noticed that the staff was cleaning the area. Apart from the staff at the reception, but the rest are very friendly.
We went to the water park once and really liked it. And we went for a massage + hammam, we were lucky there, they knew Russian there and everything was fine with understanding.
I put 9 out of 10, because there is always something to strive for and grow. If you are not picky and will not find fault with every little thing, then feel free to go to this hotel.
From the pros:
1) very clean sea and beautiful location.
2) the hotel has been renovated, so everything is brand new, the rooms are beautiful.
3) is located a few km from the city center of Kusadasi.
4) in previous comments, many wrote that there are no showers on the beach. Now there are definitely showers, changing rooms, toilets. There is a beach bar. There are a lot of sun loungers on the pier. The sandy beach is small, but there are few people there, there is always a place.
5) I also want to note the work of the waiters and cleaners, they tried very hard.
6) for those who love water slides, there is a water park, as for a hotel - very decent. Works from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16.
7) food as in all hotels in Turkey. Many wrote about the lack of meat, we had plenty. There was fish almost all the time, 1 time they served crayfish. Good white wine.
8) we were told that there are 4 ala carte restaurants, but it was possible to visit only 2. If you stay more than 6 nights, then a visit to 1 restaurant is free. I want to warn you that you need to book a restaurant at least a day before visiting and it is possible to do this only from 9:00 to 12:00. Nobody warned us about this. And then, when we were sitting and waiting for Elena for 30 minutes in order to book a table in a restaurant, she told us about it. She recorded us with a great favor and then after 3 days (as you understand, not in a day). Somehow ugly.
9) Good Wi-Fi, catches everywhere.
Of the minuses:
1) the accommodation was terrible. We arrived at the hotel at 7 am. First, we were promised check-in at 8 am, then another 2 hours later, then they said at 12. They settled us after 2 pm. They could just warn us that check-in was after 2 pm (if the room was really occupied) and no one would have expected. We were just wasting our time. In the meantime, the Turks came and immediately settled in - magic.
2) we were placed in the block where the children's football team lived, and so were we. The first night we just did not sleep because of the noise( I had to change the room.
3) constant queues for dinner (they stood for 20-30 minutes. There were no queues for breakfast, we didn’t go for lunch.
4) there are not enough large buns in the water park, and of those that are, many need to be replaced, because they are quickly blown away and they are not allowed on the slides.
5) there is a small game room, plus it's free. But make it more comfortable, it will be more pleasant to be there.
6) probably our main claim to the administration and to the receptionist is very unfriendly and focused only on their local tourists. And it really feels. The potential of the hotel is huge, but I repeat once again, if you expect tourists from Ukraine, Russia or Belarus, then please change your attitude towards them. We are not very fastidious tourists, but this trip was just right, we wanted to relax, and not constantly solve some problems with the hotel.
2. Awesome views around the sea and mountains, very beautiful and well-groomed territory, romantic atmosphere. Wi-fi is good everywhere. You can get water everywhere. In principle, everyone tries to help you if necessary.
3. Room with a gorgeous view of the sea, some water in the room, additional drinks on the first day. Air conditioning, refrigerator, balcony, spacious closet and shower. In general, the room is good, there is everything you need. Gels, shampoos are good here - you can use it safely)
4. Delicious food and quite familiar. There is nothing to dislike or to be specific. The alcohol is good, I really liked the white wine, although I usually prefer red.
5. Among the shortcomings: few people speak Russian, some do not even understand English) BUT there is Elena at the reception, she speaks excellent Russian and will help in any matter))) The staff also tries to answer you in Russian and memorizing words is very pleasant and caring))) Bariki understand Russian most often and this is undoubtedly a plus ??? ?
1. the air conditioner is central and works when you don't need it, but not at the right time. .
2. The refrigerator turns off when you leave the room. .
3. We had only 3 cleanings in 17 days. The result - linen, towels, water - they simply took from the cart themselves, contacting the reception was an empty task;
3. kitchen - solid chicken, meat (if it happened) - fatty and spicy, the fish is the same in some rancid oil . . There was nothing boiled. Food is not brought - as a result of the queue, those who did not have time eat up the "leftovers"...
4. in the main and 3 buildings (where the Slavs live) - music from discos rumbles until 3 in the morning...
OVERALL IMPRESSION - Look elsewhere. . .
(+) a very well-planned area (it quickly becomes understandable, easy to navigate, the whole space, including the building - everything is thought out; beautiful, romantic; 1st line from the sea and its own beach (this rarely happens with 4-k); already about upon entering the hotel, you understand that it used to be and was built exclusively for wealthy tourists (Imbat is the very first hotel in the area); friendly and not arrogant staff (there are those who speak Russian), I was pleased with the free and very convenient safe in the room , free Internet.
(-) it is very difficult to pay with a plastic card on the territory of the hotel, and I found an ATM in a 30-minute walk in the city (agree, not everyone will have so much patience to look for it . . ); the hotel is old (this is a plus and it is a minus at the same time) . . about the merits (the excellent location, which is not typical for 4-rooms, I already wrote above, but the disadvantage becomes clear by itself - the building, the rooms need cosmetic repairs (in my room there were slightly shabby walls, an armchair with a hole (some of the tourists apparently liked to smoke without going out to the balcony)), not modern, but not classic interior either - the furniture reminds of the late 80s; I didn’t like that tea and coffee were not allowed take in the restaurant for lunch and dinner (these drinks are simply not there at this time). Those who want to drink them are invited to go up to the next floor (where there are very few places in the open area, and you don’t want to drink tea indoors on a pleasant evening. sit in a restaurant, have a dessert and drink wine, powdered juice or cola. I want to drink tea in a restaurant, but alas)... There is also a remark about cleaning. . It was quite tolerable, but the balcony was never taken into account. I lived on first floor, on my balcony There were plastic chairs covered with dust in a dense layer, on which I didn’t even want to dry a towel (let alone sit), there was a dusty floor and leaves of shrubs were lying around . . In short, I tried not to go out onto the balcony, but only spend the night in my room, take a shower before dinner and wait a couple of hours of heat while reading a book or watching TV. . If the comfort in the room is MEGA important for you and everything should be there at the highest level, I don’t recommend going to Imbat.
At the reception, the Turk turned on the full toggle switch and could not understand what I didn’t like so much. Having dragged the host Nastya, I made sure that he understood. Having told him about 20 dollars in connection with the exchange, he did not even move his ear.
I will shorten it: they moved us to a luxurious room after 3 days, for an additional charge of 40 dollars (they also mentioned the discount). Considering that the maids did not visit the first room at all - no cleaning, no water (2 bottles), no toilet paper, no soap, no garbage disposal and we had to call a plumber, the rest of the rest we admired the sunsets at the sea from the balcony, slept at night under the rustle of the waves on clean bedding and saw plasma. In the bathroom, except for daily gel, shampoo and soap, all 3 pcs. There were even shower caps. True, we did not see Russian-speaking people in this building. This is building number 2.
I have already seen about feeding, queues and lack of dishes on other sites. Because of the queue, we decided to have lunch at 14-00, since lunch is until 14-30. Taking the plates, we scraped together something, but we could no longer take the olives, because right in front of me the kitchen worker collected all the spoons. And they already ran out of wine before mid-afternoon. Fried eggs and croutons began to fry from 8-00, although breakfast from 7-30. We went to the beach early and did not want to wait until the pans were heated. Until the boss showed up. My husband came across a rotten boiled egg, which once again "pleased".
On the beach, the husband occupied places at 6 - 6-30 in the morning on the pier, since the sun appeared on the sandy beach after 10-30. But the pier was cleaned, there was no garbage. The sun loungers folded up in the evening and everything is clean in the morning.
Impressions of the ill-fated building No. 7 and the rooms in it are transmitted along the beach through Russian-speaking tourists. It turns out that we were not "chosen ones", before us from Moscow, after us from Minsk we were settled in this particular room. And only tourists from Russia, Belarus and Ukraine are accommodated in building No. 6 and building No. 7. Over building No. 6, the chimney of the boiler room smokes around the clock and the smell of burning is felt in the rooms and near these buildings.
When buying a tour, there is almost always a condition for an additional payment if you want to have a room with a sea view (this was the case with the Poles we met on the beach), but apparently TEZ TOUR decided to save (or earn) on its tourists. Prices in euros were the same as those of Europeans, only the numbers for some reason differed significantly. Apparently, the tour operator also earns on the difference, settling in the cheapest rooms. And there, as you want and pay.
On the last day before departure, we barely caught up with the Uzbek representative of the tour operator, who was surprised to learn from us that we had a plane tomorrow at 10:00 am and even promised dry rations before leaving. (“He will take care of”). Departure at 5-00 in the morning, oh what else would he whisper to us. True, 2 hours after the conversation, they posted the time of departure on the stand. And thanks for that.
In conclusion, the location of the hotel is convenient, the hotel is beautiful, if you don’t be capricious and calmly stand in lines everywhere in the heat, live in good rooms and get up early on the beach, everything else is fine. Even cool. To the center minibus number 5 or number 10 - 20 min. (2.25 lira) and on the waterfront in Kusadasi. We went on excursions every other day, so in the evening everything is purple, and there are a lot of impressions. A big plus is Turkish coffee on the terrace near the bar from 20-00 to 22-00 and live music. It is very pleasant to sit in the evening with a cup of coffee and brandy, listening to popular hits, including blues and jazz.
Excursions were taken at the bureau on the promenade near Lady Beach, which starts 50 meters from the hotel. And cheaper by 1.5 times and judging by the reviews, better. True, there are no Russian-speaking guides - everything is in English. And why is the Russian language in the Turkish bath, for example. we - for 15 dollars, and at the hotel for 30.
