I liked everything about the hotel, the evening entertainment. An area for children, an area for adults.
Everything in the room was fine.
The food is super, for every taste, the service staff is smiling.
I advise you to go there with your children, they will be delighted. We stayed in a bungalow. View of the sea, greenery. There are lemon and orange trees on the territory. Restaurants are different.
The first impression was very positive. The territory of the hotel is large, perhaps not as well-groomed as we would like it to be, but everything is immersed in greenery. The sea is beautiful and clean. The entrance to the sea is convenient for both children and adults. The beach is good and clean. There are a lot of people on the beach, but there is enough space for everyone. All in all, nature lovers would appreciate this place. The rooms are simple but clean. There were no comments about cleaning. There were queues in the dining room, but there was enough food for everyone. There was no shortage of fish, meat, fruits. Our vacation continued so well until 09/05/2021…
09/05/2021 we had dinner at the Italian la carte restaurant. We drank some wine, relaxed and left beautiful Furla glasses on the table. 09/06/2021 we came to the restaurant to pick up glasses, as we hoped that the restaurant should return the forgotten things. But it wasn’t there, in the restaurant they smiled at the request to return the glasses, they shrugged at the reception, and the head of security shrugged his shoulders... When waiters in a restaurant steal things accidentally left by visitors, this is a SHAME...
I wanted to write a very positive review, but after feeling that you were dipped in the face in the dirt, I can not recommend this hotel.
More about food. The choice is good, the food is tasty, but there is very little of it. Vacationers stand in huge queues, they can’t cope with the turn, there is no place to sit down to eat. Visitors take seats an hour before the opening of the restaurant. More about the beach. To get to the beach, there are two options: 1 - by stairs, there are 190.2 of them here - on a tractor with a trailer. The beach is small, there is not enough space for everyone (there is no longer a sandy beach, it has been protected from the sea).
The entrance to the sea is tolerable, but there are hedgehogs. The victims are taken to a private hospital, where the needles are pulled out and returned back, they are asked not to step on them again, without insurance, the operation will cost 300-400 €. For now, let's go to the sea, count the steps.
1. Arrived at 11.00. Settled after 14.00 in a bungalow (as ordered). Standard room, everything is as usual.
2. The restaurant is located on the second floor, there are 2 elevators. The restaurant has a varied selection of dishes. There is one caveat: coffee and tea are only for breakfast. True, coffee and tea machines are in the lobby, on the beach. The territory is huge, all in greenery. A tractor-shuttle goes from the beach in half an hour, so there was no inconvenience, relatively, to go upstairs. True, a couple of times, in the evening, we were late for the shuttle, climbed the stairs, nothing terrible happened. The sea is clean, fenced off by floats so that boats do not stop by. Went by appointment to the Viennese restaurant. The difference from the general restaurant: salad, hot main course, a la carte coffee with dessert, coffee at the table and that's it. And so in every restaurant: Italian, Turkish, fish. So we went to the main. Of the vacationers: Turks, Azerbaijanis, Germans, French, very few Russians. The animation is good, although in English, everything is clear. The rest flew by very quickly. There is another very pleasant moment: our flight was early in the morning, at 5-00, our guide foreshadowed at the reception and a restaurant was opened for us so that we have breakfast (and not shoy rations). This hotel has such a service for everyone. That's all.
I will try to systematize
1. big plus - very few Russians. unlike Antalya or, in principle, any other resort in Turkey. mostly tourists from Europe, Turkey itself, etc. rest.
but there is a minus - no one speaks Russian in the hotel. those. All animation and so on is in English only. For us, this was not a minus, but if you don’t know the language well, consider this moment (although, to be honest, you didn’t really have to communicate at the hotel. Well, in any case, some global issues can be resolved through a representative of the travel agency)
2. when I read that the hotel is located on a mountain, I had no idea that it was actually a mountain)))) i. e. to go down to the beach, you need to make a path of 180 steps down the stairs. forward still nothing, but already strained back, after all, +40 on the street)) so you don’t really find yourself. from the beach and to the beach, in principle, there is a mini-train, but it runs once an hour, so we rarely used it. In addition, if you live in villas, then please note that the villas are far from the hotel itself, and again you have to go up the stairs to them. For example, we were settled in the very outskirts and, among other things, also on the 3rd floor))) on the other hand, this is a kind of fitness))
3. we lived, as I said, not in the main building of the hotel, but in villas. I can’t say anything about the hotel, but the villas were disappointing. the renovation was done quite a while ago, and the rooms themselves are a little shabby. Not that terrible, but clearly not 5 stars. (max 3+)
for 2 weeks of stay, we were NEVER brought shampoo to the room (I am generally silent about shower gel or conditioner, although others were brought). A couple of times we complained to the reception, but after that shampoo was brought only once.
True towels and mini-bar in the room changed every day.
from drinks they bring fanta, plain and sparkling water.
4. I will write separately about the sea. especially since the sea was the most disappointing. the water was cloudy and cold. The hotel does not have its own beach at all! those. you have to swim from the pier. .
5. about the weather. The climate here is quite moderate. those. even in 40 degree heat on the street is more or less comfortable. there is no such strong humidity as in Antalya, and the heat is easier to bear. in addition, the wind often blows, which adds its share of coolness)))
6. The air conditioning in the room worked terribly! ! we lived in a villa with two rooms (living room, bedroom). air conditioning (in the hotel, by the way, central air conditioning, but, in principle, it worked all the time) was in the living room. and the bedroom was always hot! ! almost all the days of our stay, it was simply unbearable to sleep because of the heat... a couple of times we even slept in the living room, although even this did not help, the room is very hot...
