I managed to go to Spain, and even capture Prague in transit for a day. It happened). I went to Spain to visit my family. I took tickets at the end of May: there via Moscow by Aeroflot, back - the most economical were Czech airlines in transit through Prague (low-cost SMARTWINGS from Valencia and Czech Airlines from Prague).
Aeroflot pleased: no delays, food on the international route is (expectedly) better and tastier, there was a margin of time to go from terminal D to F.
Valencia.... The border guard quickly stamped and let go. When leaving the building in the face hit the hot air. Summer (!!!! ! those who have experienced the vicissitudes of the current calendar summer will understand me). We went on our own to the Castelló n de la Plano area - not far from Oropeza del Mar. I won’t describe this place for a long time - just beauty + beach + sea + sun. Recreation city. People come here to rest even from Valencia. Every day of the week (except one or two) ends with a bright show procession and fireworks. After that, all the people are distributed to numerous cafes and restaurants for dinner and sooooo long gatherings, I was surprised that even infants and small children do not sleep at this time, but actively sit with adults. Then I realized - a change in the daily regimen due to the siesta. I will not specify the place of residence and residence, as I was visiting. The town has a nice park - very green, with playgrounds, animals (birds, animals, fish. . . ). There are supermarkets of the international Mercadona network (I liked it - everything is optimal in one store) and a Chinese small things store (useful neighborhood). The sea is really warm even in the morning around 8 am. Curiously, many sunbathe and swim topless (regardless of age and size). The red flag was for two weeks 2 days. But the waves....they are strong enough. I was once well washed by two such waves already at the exit from the sea. By the way, the resting place is multinational - speech is Russian, Ukrainian, French, German, etc. This is the place where you want to come again. I caught the end of the international rock festival (I don’t know the details) - there were a lot of young people in the town, I saw white-skinned people with red eyes and hoarse voices leaving their apartments during the day. And how they brought out of the Mercadona a lot of beer and something else stronger and some food. They were taken out of the town to the place of the festival by buses (the queues were quite long).
Two weeks flew by quickly. Believe me. On the day of departure, we arrived in Valencia early and walked (I was taken out) through the city center. There are a lot of people. They said that the total number of people does not depend on the time of year - there are always a lot. I went to the Valencian Cathedral, in which stands the Holy Grail. Valencia is a city to be rediscovered.
Valencia Airport. Registration for SMARTWINGS. Long queue and only two counters. By the way, home weighing of luggage (15 kg luggage and 5 kg hand luggage is allowed) at the airport suddenly became 2 kg heavier. I was nervous, but there was a reserve. Didn't pay extra. They flew calmly. They gave water for free.
Prague. Night airport. Even at home, I figured out the possibility of staying a day in this city with luggage on hand. There were two options - an airport hotel or in the city center. Chose the second. Picked up a hotel (Prague 2, Alton, 3 *) at the best price near the night bus stop from the airport in the center of Prague, booked through booking. com, contacted them about a 24-hour reception and a luggage room. And before leaving, I once again specified the time of arrival to them.
I still have Czech crowns from my January trip to this country, so I easily took a yezdenka and drove to my stop (I. V. Pavlova) on a night bass. Met, asked - from where and where, gave the keys, said that the payment is tomorrow after breakfast. Number - quite optimal (refrigerator, tea corner, telly, shower). In the morning - breakfast is normal, payment and walking around Prague until lunch. I wanted to extend until 18h, but the room is already booked. I came at lunchtime, threw my things into the luggage room and again walked along the streets of the old city. I bought a ticket for a steamboat on the Vltava (later I realized that it was for a one-hour trip, and I had already been riding for two hours). Closer to 6 pm I decided to have dinner on the track, but the cash decreased. It's funny, but the card was not accepted. I went around the establishments on 3-4 streets around the perimeter of my hotel - no, that's all. I barely found Kavarna Prazirna, where they fed me according to the map. I took Yazdenka for 32 crowns (90 min). With luggage I reached (fortunately close) to the Pavlova metro station, after one stop I changed to the green line and drove to Nadrazi Veleslavin, and then follow the arrows pointing to the bass to the terminal. At the airport, by the time of check-in, three counters were working on 4 flights, which departed almost at the same time. Slightly delayed, but not critical. In the cabin - they didn’t even give free water to drink))), but the baggage allowance was already higher.
By the way, I don't know how correct this is. I was warned by frequent flying friends for a long time that the check from Duty Free should be in the package itself (with alcohol). The cashier in my case did not do this and conceded only at my convincing request. At the Czech airport, the inspection of things takes place after visiting the duty room. Curiously - like others on this issue - am I right or would they not slow down now? A few years ago, a package from a dutik was taken away from my friends, since the check was in his pocket, and not in the package.
It was amazing in flight. But the norms flew. The native city met with the rising sun.
Conclusions
* I liked Spain. By city (Barcelona, Valencia) - I focus myself on individual tours.
*I have long wanted to use a long transit for the purpose of walking in another city (country). Succeeded. Prague made me smile again.
*My opus does not shine with references to history and architectural and gastronomic delights and does not pretend to be news from the experienced). Suddenly it will help someone to orient their vacation in one face)))
