Upon entering the room, we found that dust and dirt were everywhere, on the mirror, on the picture, on the TV and on the floor. The TV remote was dirty and didn't work. There was a folder with information about the hotel on the table and it all fell apart when they decided to shift it. There were not enough towels in the bathroom, and so ABSOLUTELY every day, I had to beg from the maids. I am silent about bathroom accessories, we did not receive any shampoo, conditioner, or body cream, only on the first day. Dirt in the bath, unwashed glass, fungus on the wall, rust. And it's 5 STARS?? ? Toilet paper of inferior quality, that's how hotel guests are "loved". The audibility is excellent, someone sneezes behind the wall, all this is perfectly audible in the room. There is absolutely nowhere to dry things. The bathrobes were hung up on the first day insanely dirty, small and only 2 for three, we threw them on the floor to be changed, and what do you think, without a twinge of conscience, they hung them in their place, as if they should be so! Separately, it is necessary to note the "indoor" pool, not only is it under the scorching sun, it is also small and the territory adjacent to it is the same, and only 6 sun loungers for 200 guests !! ! You can forget about the SPA and the gym, they are not there, we found out that the hotel is ready to provide a SPA, which you need to go to, on the day of departure, other guests also did not know anything about the SPA, since the hotel did not provide any information. Separately, I note the breakfasts, the same thing for 2 weeks in a row, terrible bread, rotten fruit, disgusting coffee, table service for 0 points, self-service, where you want there and take forks, knives, cups, napkins. Salt, pepper, olive oil, all in one copy for the entire hall, and if someone took it, then you were left without it.
On one of the last days we decided to take advantage of our free dinner at the hotel, which was mentioned at the beginning. And as a result of dinner, we were forced to pay for water, coffee and champagne. By the way, the dinner was disgusting, the herring in vinegar, which was unbearable to eat, the shrimp in pink sauce, turned out to be in mayonnaise, and the carpaccio was too salty!
The next day, of course, we went to sort it out, called the manager, who said that he was not interested in our claims, he did not intend to deal with the situation, he was not interested in the fact that the lack of an indoor pool spoiled the whole holiday for a disabled person of group 2, and that 116 euros for a disgusting dinner is more than enough for their shortcomings. When I provided hotel-related photos of rotten strawberries at breakfast, he accused me of not taking the photos at the hotel and just wanting to ruin the hotel's reputation! What if you have a reputation at all??? ? Where are your 5 stars?? ? When leaving the hotel, the ice we ordered in the room was written down on the bill, for 2.5 euros! For the first time I see that they were forced to pay for frozen tap water !! ! And they also added a mini-bar to the bill, which we did not use, but thank God it was deleted as soon as we started to figure it out!
If you want to pay for 2 stars as for 5, then you are here! This is the worst hotel in Spain!
