I love hotels located in buildings with history. San Juan de los Reyes in Toledo is just such a hotel. The interiors of the first floor and knightly armor plunge you into the 10th century and glorious capital past of the city. The rooms are more modern and have everything you need for life, including a hair dryer, internet and a minibar.

I liked the breakfasts - the first hotel during the trip, where the breakfast included fresh cucumbers and tomatoes and relatively tasty sausages (before that, sausages in hotels were too fatty and oversalted). And I was pleased with the choice of freshly squeezed juices (besides the standard orange, there were still some two or three).
I did not like the poor soundproofing - you could hear the rumble of doors in neighboring rooms.
