We did not regret choosing this hotel for our vacation. Clean, green well-groomed area, swimming pools, gym, spa, gorgeous beach nearby. We flew perfectly, a transfer was organized to the hotel, and after half an hour we were met by smiling and hospitable reception staff, who immediately settled us in the booked room.

The room is quite comfortable, clean, balcony overlooking the pool. Beds are comfortable, good linens. There is plenty of storage space in the closet. There is air conditioning, TV, and a refrigerator and a safe - for a fee. The bathroom is small, everything you need was there. The balcony has comfortable folding chairs and a clothes dryer. Room cleaning was good. The food is quite varied and tasty. For breakfast there was porridge, eggs, scrambled eggs, vegetables, fruits, pastries, toasts, jams, yogurts, juices, cuts and more. For dinner, delicious soups, salads, side dishes, meat and fish, sweets, desserts, ice cream. Pleasant and helpful waiters, tables and dishes are always clean. The hotel area is very beautiful, neat lawns, palm trees, a swimming pool with sun loungers. Close to the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are paid. The water is clear but a little cold. Around the hotel is full of various shops, markets, cafes, restaurants and other establishments. In the evenings you can sit in local bars. I really liked the hotel in terms of price-quality ratio and I would recommend it to everyone for a holiday. Thanks for a great time and good service.

We were at the hotel July 25 - August 05. Ordinary 4 * hotel, there are better, there are worse. Of the features - a lot of plants in the foyer, no entertainment, so there are a lot of older tourists + the absence of ever-screaming children. The food is monotonous, the rooms are quite clean. Our arriving group was settled later, after 2 pm, the rooms were not ready.

One indignant tourist at the reception was told: “their bean is sick, you don’t understand Russian... ”, but when the Labyrinth was bent (we had the misfortune to go through it), they immediately called the room and explained in Russian that it was necessary to pay for the remaining days of the stay, or move out. I had to pay. By the way, a foreign partner of the Labyrinth called Terramar Tour took an active part in escalating the situation. I would advise you to pay attention to the host when choosing a tour, avoid Terramar employees. Upon check-in, they fully paid for the rent of the safe, they did not give any papers, and upon check-out they were forced to pay again. It was useless to argue, if anyone wants to go to this hotel - demand and keep receipts for everything. Wouldn't go to this hotel for the second time. . If you still choose this hotel, keep in mind that scammers are not only in it, there is a Caribe supermarket nearby, for example, they tear off stickers from goods with the manufacturer's price and sell them more expensive, I advise you to look for another outlet.
