We rested at the hotel in July, in general the hotel is not bad, but for a 4 * it would not hurt them to make repairs, replace the furniture in the reception room. The rooms themselves are clean, cleaned well, towels changed every day. I also really liked the feeding, the prices for drinks at dinner are slightly lower than in hotels in the south of the island. The pool is small, but because there were few vacationers in the hotel, it was almost always empty.
I did not like the weather: every day it is not higher than +22 and it is cloudy almost all the time. And this is in July! A picturesque black sand beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel, but the sea stormed endlessly, the entrance is rocky, there are no pontoons, i. e. you still have to manage to go into the ocean with a strong wave and not break your arms and legs.
Of the advantages of relaxing in the north of Tenerife: Loro Park within walking distance, Jardin Gardens, Martianez Gardens (entrance approx. 3 euros, so we began to go swimming there, because it was simply dangerous to go into the ocean), the ancient city of Orotava ( by bus from the hotel in 10 minutes you can get there), the city of Puerto de la Cruz itself.

In general, the northern part of the island is interesting from a tourist point of view, but not from a beach point of view. So if we go to rest in Tenerife again, then only in its southern part.
