I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. the hotel administration does not fulfill its obligations to the guests.
I encountered this at the booking stage - I booked a stay at this hotel through Booking. com with the possibility of free cancellation until November 2014. Unfortunately, in April we realized that the trip to Tenerife would not take place, and I canceled the booking in a timely manner (in May). However, the hotel refused to refund my prepayment for the reservation, citing the fact that I have to pay a bank fee for a refund of 50 euros! The booking conditions did not provide for any fees or penalties for canceling the reservation, however, the administration violated the conditions of the reservation and refused to return the prepayment in full... And even the Booking. com support team for the second month cannot force them to comply with the conditions of the reservation. . .
And this check-in has not yet taken place))) I can’t even imagine how these people relate to their guests and their interests, even if at the booking stage they are trying to cash in on their potential customers!!!

If the administration allows itself to violate its own written obligations, I am sure that they never fulfill their promises in full and it is simply impossible to believe their words and promises!
Do not trust these people with your vacation, because. there are no guarantees!! !
