First time in Tenerife. Traveled with a group of 6 people, couples, adults, no children. Now everything is in order.
FLIGHT. UIA airline, charter flight 5577, Boeing 737, departure from Kyiv at 18-10. The flight takes 6 hours 25 minutes in Tenerife South. Fed 2 times, from drinks dry wine, beer, juices, mineral water. The flight "there" seemed more difficult, no one sleeps, the children whine and fidget, the first 6 rows in the plane depict a business class, everyone is sent to the toilet in the tail, a continuous line. Take a video, 3 films and you are there. Return flight at night - 23-30 (time difference in Tenerife with Kiev - 2 HOURS), somehow you can take a nap, "back" flight takes 7 hours.
HOTEL. Liked at first sight even at night! Very beautiful both inside and out! Very green, compact, comfortable. We ordered a room overlooking the ocean, they gave room 506, with a huge panoramic terrace (there is only one in the hotel! ), 5th floor, the closest to the ocean. See PHOTO. They paid for a room (standard) in Kyiv 200 euros more than the rest in our company (for an ocean view), all the rest received rooms for the pool area / ocean (no extra charge, requests, only lower, without a terrace). The terrace has an absolutely remarkable property - it is not visible from anywhere, you can sunbathe naked. Safe for a surcharge, beach towels deposit 24 euros for 2. No minibar. TIP: stay at night, you can buy water from vending machines near the exit from the elevator on the 1st floor (restaurant) or in markets on the waterfront.

There are no bathrobes or slippers in the rooms. They clean perfectly, quickly, imperceptibly, change towels without an account daily, bedding every other day. Tipping was left at 1 euro daily on the bed, taken away. Everything worked in the room, if it broke, they fixed it almost instantly, sometimes they didn’t even have time to ask (apparently the maid herself reported). I was very pleased with the bathroom - there is a bidet, a bath and a shower, a hairdryer - just drying. There is no Russian-language channel, take video or media players with cords with you, there are enough sockets.
FEED excellent. They took ALL, they were very satisfied (black bracelets, with an individual number), varied, everything was enough, there were enough fruits, 2 types of soups for lunch and dinner, themed dinners, juices for breakfast, tea, coffee, etc. self-service from vending machines, lunch and dinner - wines, incl. sangria (very pleasant, light, the head does not get heavy and does not hurt), on Sundays for breakfast champagne. There are no freshly squeezed juices. Feeding schedule is convenient. Ice cream, juices and water self-service at the pool bar (for ALL). Mineral water with and without gas in 0.5 bottles is given in the piano bar (free of charge and without bills). Alcohol is normal.
POOLS. 2 for adults, 1 for children with a slide (working). The water is warm, probably heated (or it was just hot 28-30 in the afternoon). There is enough space for everyone, no need to occupy. At 19-00 everyone is asked to leave the pool, you can not swim at night.
BEACH-OCEAN. Oooooh!!! ! Very close. Panoramic elevator-gate with a card-cross the road-short passage-and here it is! ! Black volcanic sand, hot, clean, healing! We lay on towels, bought umbrellas (6-10 euros), renting sunbeds and umbrellas is the cheapest on this Tenerife beach - 6 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella. I want to remind you that the ocean is not the sea. Almost always worried. Swimming is dangerous for small children.
CARS RENTED at the hotel for 5 days. The price is very affordable, the cars are new. Gasoline at the price as in Kyiv 1 liter - 0.989 euros. Parking is free near the hotel. We went on the navigator and the map (bought in the wrong place + guide). Were in Loroparque, Siampark, Masca Gorge, Teide, Santa Cruz, Las Americas, Las Teresitas beach. No more time.

ANIMATION is all the time, diplomas and gifts are presented in the evening. But not in Russian. It was of little interest to us, we entertained and tired ourselves. Evening programs daily, you can watch, not animation, places must be taken in advance. There are no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, without a language it will be difficult. There are very few Russian speakers.
WHAT YOU DID NOT LIKE.
1) The rooms have tiny nimble omnipresent ants, I saw large and also very hounds of cockroaches. BUT! They were persecuted without our reminder, and then, we are their guests.
2) Departure from the hotel is very late - we were picked up at 22-00, the room was not extended for more than one! ! Not for any money! ! Motivated by the fact that the hotel is fully occupied. And they didn't provide a collection number. I think this is a booking miscalculation. It is necessary to immediately book rooms for 1/2 days more. This mood did not spoil us, we brazenly ate, drank, and rested even after renting the rooms.
Enjoyed the vacation a LOT. Tenerife is a great place to stay! We will be happy to return here again, incl. and Playa Arena! I'm already dreaming about it again.
