First, about the public. There are few Russians. More and more Germans and British. Some people see it as a plus, some as a minus. Russian-speaking representatives will meet you at the airport, then they will take you to the hotel and leave you at the reception. check-in is quite fast, although you have to stand in line for a bit. The rooms are very good, spacious and clean. For some money you can use the safe and refrigerator. We were lucky to get a room with an ocean view. The rooms are clean, there were no complaints about the maids. I tried to leave a tip, but apparently I did something wrong, because they never took a bill. All the staff are friendly, even if they do not understand what the tourist is trying to tell him. The hotel has a lot of entertainment for children and adults. A huge number of sports programs. There are several pools to choose from. Enough sunbeds. In the hotel you can give things to wash and iron. I gave the dress to be ironed - I didn’t like it, it was of poor quality. They feed great! Exceptionally tasty. The meat is very tender and fragrant, it is served with some unknown sauces and seasonings, a lot of seafood dishes, ripe, juicy fruits. And one more thing - this hotel serves berry wine for dinner. Tasty)) Breakfasts are the most standard - muesli, omelettes, sausage and cheese cuts, fruits. Desserts are European, ice cream in unlimited quantities. Twice a week they served champagne right in the morning)))) But you can’t eat so much, so my recommendation is to restrain yourself with all your might, otherwise you won’t fit into a swimsuit. we took only breakfasts and dinners, dined (if there was a desire in the nearest restaurants and cafes). Inexpensive and delicious! The hotel is located on the second coastline, the nearest beach is 10 minutes of leisurely walking. Doesn't stress. Don't trust the calm sun! You burn in five minutes, so be sure to use sunscreen. It is generally convenient to travel around Tenerife by taxi, in order to catch a car there are no problems, they are all near the hotel. can be rented, but who dares to drive in a foreign country. Hakaranda is located among the shops and restaurants and it is very difficult to avoid the temptation to buy something for little things or taste an unknown dish. I'm not sure if the hotel will be comfortable with small children under three years old. I think it's too noisy for them, although I've seen families with toddlers. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone)))
