Отель ужасный The hotel is terrible

In August, my husband and I went to rest in Tenerife. There were no more places in the hotel we wanted. Two travel agencies recommended this hotel. After a 7-hour flight, we arrived at the hotel, and there they were met with champagne, but alas, not the Russians. We stood like poor relatives and waited to be licked by the Germans, the British, etc. The rooms are very shabby, the air conditioner either worked or not. There are always some repairs throughout the hotel. There was no water in the toilet several times. I had to flush the toilet from the tap. Room cleaning is mediocre. The food is poor - a lot but not tasty. Huge queues lined up for fresh fish or meat. But when we left the hotel everything was fine: nature, ocean, mountains, volcanoes, climate. Editing the beaches without changing rooms, but somehow you can adapt. Be sure to visit Tenerife, but not this hotel. Look at the ratings, what I did not have time to do. Irina
