This is the best hotel my family and I have ever stayed in! It perfectly combines excellent service, helpful staff, delicious and balanced meals, modern rooms and a good location relative to the sea and various attractions. The hotel was recommended to us by friends. We bought tickets through t/o TPG. The manager consulted us in detail, kept in touch throughout the rest, helped and solved all the questions that arose. We flew very well, an individual transfer to the hotel was organized. Greeted warmly and friendly. Nice staff at the reception. We had a superior room with an ocean view. Very spacious, done in bright colors. The bed is comfortable, there is a lot of space for things in the closet, bedside tables, table, chair. There is also furniture on the balcony. All working equipment (TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer). The bathroom has high-quality sanitary ware, clean towels, a set of cosmetics. Room cleaning was regular. The hotel area is large, green, well-groomed, many pools, bars, sun loungers. I liked the varied and tasty food, the breakfasts are standard, but the dinners are themed, ranging from European cuisines to Japanese. A lot of fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, seafood, sweets, desserts. Very fast and high quality service. The hotel is well located - close to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment venues, bars, souvenir shops. Troy Beach is located very close, the water was warm enough, we swam and sunbathed enough. I am happy to recommend the H10 Las palmeras hotel for relaxation, it is worth the money!
