Everything would have been perfect and 4 for the service could have been 5 plus, if not for a single case that slightly spoiled the impression from the staff.
On the day of arrival, less than 5 minutes after checking into the room, they called us and asked if everything suits us in the room, then they asked a series of standard questions about whether everything is in place, do you like the view from the window, etc.
When I learned that we had come to the hotel to spend our honeymoon, on the other end of the wire I heard genuine joy for this event and a promise to give us a special gift on this occasion.
