The location is great - close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Quiet upscale area of the city. The hotel is good, but there are comments. The room was dusty as it was during the settlement, and remained after cleaning. Towels and bath are clean. The furniture is nice but old. We lived on the first floor, so the murmur of the sewer did not stop. There are enough floors above and the sound of the washing water is constant. A contingent of Germans, French of retirement age.
