Почти испорченный отпуск Almost ruined vacation

I decided to write a review just now, because I just recently recovered from the shock I received ...I remembered my Soviet childhood and shabby Crimean boarding houses ...
The hotel is just HORRIBLE!! ! The pleasure of staying in a hotel is about the same as staying in a hospital room. They wanted to change the hotel, but the representative of Natalie Tours said that in this part of the island (north), almost all hotels are at this level. "Diamante" cannot even be put on a par with the average Egyptian 4 (which is actually 3), alas, it is much worse (((Very dull shabby hotel, decrepit furniture, walls painted with paint 20 years ago. The pool in the hotel just no, because IT can't be called that. Ants don't just live in the room... when you spread the bed - you have at least 3 of them crawling under the covers... the first 3 days I had a tantrum, then they guessed to put food separately in little corner, and they got away from our bed...
SERVICE:

- cleaning lasts 5 minutes, if you threw dirty linen and a towel on the floor, there is a high probability that it will be picked up and neatly folded / covered for further use ...(robe and slippers - don't even dream about it! )
- pretty nice people work at the reception, the room was changed without any problems, but this did not save us - there are simply no better rooms in the hotel. There are bad ones and very bad ones.
FOOD:
For 4. At first it seemed not very tasty, but after trying the cooking in local restaurants (not the cheapest), we realized that we were fabulously lucky with food. I didn't like the local wines at all. Sangria is pure poison.
BEACH: Jardin Beach is really nice, if you don't pay attention to the absolutely disgusting old sunbeds, after which your back hurts, which, however, will be taken away from you at 6 pm (the caretaker's work ends), despite the fact that sometimes the sun on the island does not appear until 5 evenings, and the whole day clouds and cool.
Island: The nature is unusual.
A fabulously beautiful volcano and a wonderful zoo (Loro Park). The island itself is dirty, and the weather is not always good. I don't want to go there a second time.

Overall result: I remember the hotel with a shudder (although I considered myself a person who is absolutely not picky about the conditions of rest). The vacation was saved by good company and a sense of humor.
