We had a family vacation in this hotel with children of preschool age. After staying at the hotel, I read the reviews and realized that either people did not rest in 4-5 star hotels, or these reviews are simply "fake"!
I want to say in advance that the iridescent description of the appearance of the hotel on the site is only partially reflected. Rooms with a sea view are only in the front 2 buildings, in the rest - a view of the parking lot or the store. In general, the appearance of the hotel suggests that no one has repaired it for a long time (I'm even afraid to mention modernization or restoration). One gets the impression that it is slowly falling apart and soon it will simply be closed! )
Satellite TV consists of 20-30 channels, only 2 Russian channels (ORT and RTR) - the rest are either in Spanish or German. We did not use the safe, no one stole documents and money from the room (which was very pleasing).

Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel, but for an additional small fee (~ 15 EUR per week), but for 1 device. Thus, if you are traveling with several gadgets, then only one of them will have Internet access.
The food at the hotel does not meet the standards of hotels with 5 stars. For example, in the morning, tomatoes and cucumbers were laid out half-eaten from dinner (they were already shriveled). Free drinks are only for breakfast, and at dinner even apple juice for children had to be paid (despite the fact that we had HB).
The hotel room (they rented the Family Suite) was large, but the shower cubicle did not work (there was a lot of tape on its bottom). Twice they asked to call a technician to repair it - so for 7 days of stay no one came! There was no sugar, no tea and coffee, no water in the room. The mini-bar was very poor - it is not at all clear why it is needed.
The staff is mediocre. Upon arrival at the hotel, they did not even offer water (not to mention the fact that I had that day - my birthday! ). There were no verbal congratulations, no drinks at check-in, and there was no happy meeting! It's a shame for a hotel even 3 stars!
Hotel pools, to say that there are none - it's just to embellish them! The tile of the "soviet" type has not changed for 20 years. The pools themselves are very small. The children's pool reminded me of a christening bath in a church).
There was a situation when it was necessary to call the doctor at night. Calling the reception, they promised me that the doctor would be in 20 minutes. 45 minutes have passed - I call again, they tell me that I did not open the door (and this was at 3 o'clock in the morning in absolute silence - I did not hear a knock on the door! ). After the second request, the doctor did arrive after 10-15 minutes.
Late Checkout we could not do, although they asked right on arrival. This is their right, but still, it also left its negative mark.
Of the positive emotions - the sea, the beach, nature - but unfortunately this has nothing to do with the hotel!
