The only thing that was done was to free all the boarding gates of the lower floor and not put other flights in these gates so that people could move freely around the entire floor and not toil in stuffiness.

About the area: The hotel is located in the s'Arenal area. From the city to the capital Mallorca - Palma 15 minutes by public bus number 15 or 23. Ticket price 1.10 euros.
This is the center of Mallorca's tourism and has the highest density of hotels. The city is located in a bay, so the coast is quite shallow. The beach (sand) is large, clean, but municipal, so beach chairs and umbrellas are paid - 4.5 euros per day. But this does not bother anyone - everyone rests right on the towels.
We were lucky, we did not encounter theft on the beach, but there were cases, although even the thieves are polite there - they leave a towel and slippers so that you can walk to the hotel. Everything for recreation on the water such as scooters, catamarans and other things is in abundance and enough for little money.
A beautiful well-groomed embankment, along which there are many shops with both souvenirs and food. There is a large Mango store right on the waterfront. A bunch of all sorts of cozy bars, clubs, casinos and cafes, whose tables are right on the waterfront, and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
In the evening there are a lot of people there, but we did not meet brawlers and drunks.
About the hotel: the hotel is considered 3rd, but we give it a solid 4! Despite the fact that the hotel is about 300 meters from the sea, it can be seen directly from the beach.
The hotel area is green and very large (this is rare for local hotels): 4 buildings, villas, 3 swimming pools, several bars, snack bars, tennis court, volleyball, table tennis, billiards, mini-football, golf. All this at different levels, free of charge (all inclusive), and under the arches of tall pines. Russians, like everyone else, are trying to settle in one building. Rooms are clean although not all have hair dryers. But there is a TV, telephone, balcony or terrace, air conditioning.
The food is good, tasty and varied. The wine is tasty, dry, the bar has a good selection of vermouths and cocktails. Strong drinks are also plentiful. If you want to leave, you can take a “picnic” with you - dry rations, just sign up in advance so that they can collect it for you.
There is enough entertainment: animation goes on all day, but only in English, Spanish, German and French. In the evening it is especially interesting: visiting groups, dancers, competitions, skits and more.
Lots of work with children.
The hotel generally has a lot of resting couples with children.
There are few Russians in the hotel, more Germans and French.
About Mallorca: a beautiful compact island. You can cross it in 2 hours. Interesting flora: a successful combination of mountains, palms, flowering oleanders, oaks and pines.
The streets are clean and small. Cars are parked on the street, so traffic is often one-way. Drivers are polite and traffic is quiet. The people are mostly in small cars. If you want to rent a car (40 euros per day, you can have a mechanic, you can use an automatic, but only if you have a driving experience of 3 years or more), then it’s better not to go to the capital - spend more on parking.
The locals are very friendly, the drivers are polite. Almost no one knows Russian, but everyone speaks broken English.
The capital is Palma. - a very beautiful city with beautiful architecture.
Quite compact, clean; there is where to walk and what to see; It is almost impossible to get lost, there are signs everywhere.

I highly recommend the tour, which is called "Luc Formentor". The tour includes: a story about the history of Fr. Mallorca, visiting the Luc Monastery in the mountains, where there is a miraculous statue of the Virgin Mary made of ebony (a sacred place for all Mallorcans), departure to the observation deck, relaxing on the beach of the most prestigious hotel in Mallorca - the Formentor hotel (a bay with white sand, emerald water and huge pine trees right on the beach), a boat trip, a visit to the wine cellar (with tasting : ) ). You can also buy high-quality wine there: maybe it will cost 1 euro more, but it’s not a fact that you will find it in the store.
All this pleasure costs about 45 euros.
You can take a survey of the capital, Palma. It costs about 40 euros, but you can just as easily go there by public bus and take a walk. I remind you once again that it is better not to drive to the capital for the whole day, you will spend a lot on parking. Be sure to see the Cathedral - the largest and most famous Gothic cathedral in the Mediterranean. The beauty is incredible! In the center near the cathedral there are a lot of museums, churches, there are Arab baths. Worth seeing is Bellver Castle.
There are many shops in Palma. You can shop there during the sales season. It starts in the first days of July (from 1.07. or from 07.07. ). Guide Valeria will tell you and draw on the map where the most shopping streets are : ).
There are 2 AquaParks: "AquaLand" is better, 10 minutes by bus from s'Arenal. Fun and inexpensive.
Fans of antiquity can visit an excursion to the village of Voldemoss.
You can take a walk around the reserve: for you - extreme rope riding, for children - a calm walk and admiring the animals.
There is a big aquarium. There is also a jousting tournament, a salsa and flamenco dance concert and more. In general, there is where to relax!
