I was supposed to have a single standard room. When I was placed, I found out that they provide me with a room for the disabled (everything is the same as in others, only larger and with different special devices), which was surprising, I refused it, asking for another one. They immediately provided another, as it turned out, apartment (bedroom, living room, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishes, microwave, etc. ). It should be noted that they did not ask for an additional payment and they refused the money offered as a token of gratitude. Room cleaned every day, bed linen changed every other day. Towels, as has become customary, depending on whether you throw them on the floor.
The staff is impeccable. Caring, thoughtful, unobtrusive. When the hotel was full, they coped with all orders both at lunch and dinner, and skillfully quickly served the guests who came to the evening performance.
