The hotel is really average, normal, if you do not look for flaws. But we weren't looking. The flaws were there. The minus, of course, is also our travel agency, which advised us the hotel, without knowing it. And assuring us that if we do not like the room, we will definitely be able to change it and pay extra for any view. Let me tell you, we did not succeed. There are some nuances:
1. The rooms are almost all very smoky (we tried 3 options).
2. Do not take rooms on the first three or four floors, on the platforms of the balconies of the rooms there are large taps from the kitchen air conditioners (a block from the air conditioner), which are very noisy.
3. Rooms are not sea view, overlooking another hotel.

We were offered a room, which was located on the second floor of the hotel (the balcony overlooked the roof, there were blocks from the kitchen air conditioners on the roof. We asked to change the room, we were offered another one - on the same floor, the next room. It smelled less, but the air conditioners were also present.
We asked again for another room - they gave us a little further with a "type of sea" view on the same floor with a very "musty smell in the room. "
On the fourth time, we were told that the hotel was full and they had no available rooms. It's in the middle of JUNE!!!!! ! The season starts from July 1st.
We are not conflict tourists, so we chose the second option and made sure that it is not always possible in Europe to agree on a good room on the spot (as the travel agency assured us).
If you do not take into account the rooms, then the hotel is normal, not far from the sea - 5 minutes, the cuisine is decent, tasty, varied.
The Mallorca resort itself is super! Shops, discos, the beach is long, clean, the water is clean! Everything was great except for the hotel room.
