The hotel is more than worthy, nice beautiful environment, polite and friendly staff. At the entrance there is champagne, juice and water, all of this in ice, so you can return from the city heat and immediately quench your thirst of any kind in the lobby. To the left is a long salon with a variety of seats - from semi-rigid chairs to soft sofas with pillows, whatever you like. The salon has a TV, slot machines, four computers. Internet on a computer costs 1 euro for 15 minutes, but Wi-Fi is free.
You can download photos from the camera to a USB flash drive on your computer for free. I must say a kind word about an automaton that pulls toys out of itself with a crane: for the first time in my life I see an honest automaton of this type. The price of the game is 1 euro, and the toys are pulled out all the time. My family easily pulled out two toys for 6 euros, others have about the same thing. The lobby has a souvenir, clothing and water shop for those who don't want to carry free water from the bar to their room at night, or to the beach. There is also milk (for children, for example).
We lived on the top (fifth) floor, in a room with a side sea view ("superior top floor" room). I can recommend exactly the side view: on the right is the sea, on the left is a beautiful mountain, everywhere there is a sea of u200bu200bvegetation and silence: the shows are held from the other side. The room, perhaps, could have been bigger - but on the other hand, we were there only at night. The cleanliness of the room is ok, although the wife found dust somewhere. There is a mini fridge.
The safe costs 3 euros per day, and I did without it. Shower with hydromassage - perhaps not the highest quality, but quite satisfactory.
The hotel has a swimming pool and a children's playground. The pool also has a section for children, 60 cm deep. Sunbeds are free, but they have to be borrowed around the pool early in the morning. On the beach, sunbeds are paid from 10 am to 6 pm - 4.50 euros apiece. But there is a lot of free space where you can lay out towels. In general, the beach is very cool, sandy, with palm trees - lovely! The descent into the sea is gentle, about 40-50 meters from the shore the sea remains less than a meter deep. In the first ten days of October, the sea was somewhat cool until 11 o'clock, then it was completely warm. There were almost no jellyfish. There is a pier at 250 meters. What is missing are changing rooms. I had to go to my room to change.
There is a shower for washing at the very entrance to the hotel from the beach.
Right next to the hotel on the beach there is a rescue station, where a person sits from morning to 18 o'clock.
Very often, those who leave leave their water mattresses, circles and children's beach toys at the hotel. They can be used.
Alas, there are thieves on the beach. In my presence, a neighboring family was robbed - they took away the camera and money. Therefore, leave valuables under supervision or in the room.
The people in the hotel are mostly English and Germans. But there were also Russians, and Poles, and Norwegians, and Swedes. Well, the Spaniards, of course. Decent people - no accursed drunkenness followed by rudeness. The staff is fluent in English, German and Spanish. Two receptionists, Svetlana and Yana, also speak Russian.
Let's move on to nutrition. The hotel has two restaurants. The first (main) with a very large hall inside the hotel. The second one overlooks the sea, with the opportunity to sit in the open air, but a little cramped.

The food is sumptuous: there was always soup, a large selection of ready-made salads and chopped vegetables from which you can build your own salad; veal and pork only in the form of tenderloin and fillet, lamb was once, in the form of a rack of lamb; there has always been a bird, and once a beautiful turkey was fried; always two or three types of fish plus mussels and small shellfish; pizza and pasta for lovers; potatoes, both french fries and classic fried; rice with clams and saffron really liked; There were delicious fresh octopuses. Plus a variety of desserts. For breakfast, cheeses, sausages, hams, fried bacon, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, at least two varieties of sausages, muesli, and, of course, pastries and cakes. Always fruit: plums, apples, pears, peaches, melons, watermelons, pineapples, bananas, kiwi. For dinner, they put a chocolate fountain, for dousing pineapples, bananas and marshmallows on sticks.
Drinks from taps: white, rose and red wine, beer, pineapple and orange juice (apple juice in the second restaurant), Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, soda, mineral, tea assortment. What I didn't like was the coffee. Very weak. Cappuccino is still here and there, but whoever loves strong coffee remains instant in bags, and this is not comme il faut. However, this is the only and small drawback.
Naturally, the assortment of dishes was updated daily.
In the second restaurant, lunch lasted longer. The disadvantage of it was that the drinks were not freely available, but behind the bar, they were poured by the staff, and there were often queues. But during dinner, the second restaurant included the a-la-carte form. It was possible to live music, admiring the sea, eat a sirloin beef steak and baked octopus rings, or taste lamb or tiger prawns. All this was brought by the waiters.
True, for drinks, except for the first glass, you had to pay - or bring them from a bar next door. The menu was decent, but constant, not changing.
From the end of breakfast to the beginning of dinner, you could eat a good hamburger with potatoes near the playground. I took them a couple of times to have a bite of strong drinks - of course, there was nowhere to eat them after a hearty dinner, but to have a bite of whiskey is just right. There was also ice cream in waffle cups. Plus ham sandwiches and fruit on ice at the entrance to the salon.
When leaving for an excursion, it was possible to order dry rations a day in advance: chicken legs, ham, sandwiches, eggs, buns and fruit.
The restaurant staff is cool, they work very quickly, and at the same time manage to exchange a few words with customers. But you have to keep an eye on the plates: as soon as you leave for a supplement, they take away a plate with a fork, even if not even half of it has been eaten.
You bring an additive, you go for a new fork - the additive has already been taken away .
The pool bar provided us with drinks and ice cream from the end of breakfast to the start of dinner. Then the bar in the salon began to work - until 23:30. In principle, local drinks suited me (except for brandy), but if you wanted, you could pay extra 10 euros a day and get access to a wider range - Smirnoff, Cutty Sark, Bacardi, 43 liqueur, etc. . There were never queues at the bar - a maximum of 2 minutes. There were no restrictions: take at least ten cocktails at the same time, drink in the room, and in the morning put the glasses on the table by the elevator. The evening show included the delivery of drinks directly to the tables - not without complaints, you had to wait a long time and sometimes they didn’t bring what you ordered.
Animation. An extensive program is provided for children, up to the fact that (on Tuesdays it seems) they could be left alone for the whole day in the club - they are taken somewhere, entertained.
Three days a week, the kids club was open until 22:00, on other days - until 20:45. In the evenings, children's disco, from 20:00 to 20:45. At 21 o'clock - bingo (it is also Russian loto), and then various shows - flamenco, a concert, a "mass entertainer", the election of Miss Hotel, etc. . Everything is at a very good level, many thanks to the animators. Who wants to watch the show at the cocktail table, it is better to have dinner early and take a table.
Not far from the hotel there is a pharmacy with all sorts of creams (very expensive) and mini-supermarkets with souvenirs and groceries. There are great Mallorcan wines and a large selection of spirits - even cheaper than in Germany.
There is a washing machine in the hotel, laundry costs 3 euros. You can rent an iron, but I did not use this service.
Overall impression - a great hotel, above expectations! We felt we were in safe hands with a professional, helpful and friendly team of staff.
