Went with a friend for a week. First time in Mallorca. In general, I liked the island itself. Would return but not to this hotel. Due to the lack of rooms, apparently we were settled in a single room, in which ants laid a path in the bathroom along the perimeter. Free rooms appeared only three days later. The resettlement was successful, the second room was larger and with a sea view.

The hotel is located on a mountain, and the descent to the sea occurs either along the steps or along the roadway, clinging to the side of the road. As for the beaches, which can be reached on foot, there are 3 of them. The first one is just under the mountain - dirty and unequipped. The second is to the right of this beach about ten minutes walk from it. Also wild, but cleaner and not crowded. The third beach, Cala Major, is the most famous, large and with sun loungers and umbrellas (by the way, paid). The sand is white, fine, but with many cigarette butts. The sea is warm, after dinner even too much. There are either no waves at all or there are very small ones that do not cause discomfort. My friend and I also went to the final bus number 3. The place seems to be called Illetas, in the direction opposite to Palma. There the beach is cleaner and more interesting than Cala Major. On the way to the beach of Cala Major there is a supermarket Eroskin where it is cheap to buy water, beer, wine, fruit. On the advice of a travel agency in our city, we took the all-inclusive system, which, frankly, we regretted. Dinners at the hotel neochen, alcohol too. A liter of sangria in cafes costs 6-8 euros. On the beach, beer is insanely expensive for 3 euros a glass. If you really want to drink a beer on the beach, it’s better to shop at the supermarket along the way, it will come out cheaper. We went on an excursion to Valldemosa, we liked it. Even on the advice of the guide, in Palma they found a sightseeing red bus with an open top, it costs 15 euros per person. transports all over Palma. By the way, the bus to Palma costs 1.25 per person. from Blue Bay it is better to go on route 20 or 46, their stop is right in front of the hotel, if you go on route 3 you will have to climb the mountain yourself. Summing up, I can say that I give the hotel a solid three, but next time we will choose a hotel more carefully and most likely we won’t go to 3 *.

Stayed for a week as a family with a child. The hotel was chosen based on the fact that at the time we needed, there was nothing else for a reasonable price for us. Were foolish to order the system "All inclusive". The rules at the hotel changed every day - by the time of departure, there were not so many "included" left: from the second day the choice of drinks in the bar was greatly reduced, from the fourth day coffee was completely removed, etc.

The breakfasts were always the same and there was no choice. From hot - only a sandwich made with one's own hands, stuffed into a toast machine. The last breakfast (we flew early) consisted only of buns and chemical coffee from the machine (tea as an option).
The staff, in principle, is not bad, when you are denied something, they smile politely. Few understand English, even fewer speak it.
Rooms for a three-star hotel are not bad, but, as in all southern countries, the audibility is excellent. Once I woke up from someone's sneeze right above my head, it turned out: a neighbor from the room on the right, another time through a dream it seemed that a plane was landing on us - the neighbors on the left turned on their shower. Hair dryers - 4 for the whole hotel - must be taken at the reception and immediately returned. The promised Wi-Fi is there, but there is no internet. After numerous attempts to connect, she asked: what am I doing wrong. They said: you are doing everything right, there is simply no Internet.
Animation at the hotel is done by one girl (I forgot her name), she also steers the queue in the restaurant (there are not enough places for all). The animation schedule is posted in the lobby, but the program may change several times during the day. Once they honestly tried to participate in some kind of competition, but quickly cooled off. Both the organization and the interior - everything resembles some kind of shabby house of culture in a small village and a competition like "Come on... " Animation for children consists in using children as assistants for holding competitions for adults: hold balloons, pieces of paper collect, etc.
There are 2 swimming pools on the territory: a large one and a children's one, the content of bleach in them kills any desire to get closer than 10 meters.
In summary: I do not recommend this hotel.
