"Hotel Igh Eliseos" left a generally good impression: a very reasonable price with an excellent location in Malaga at the foot of the hill with the Castle. The hotel is in the courtyard, the only trouble is for those traveling alone - although I had booked a double room for one, they still settled in a single room with windows facing the street opposite the sea, where it is noisy at night. But that's mostly on weekends. Voucher breakfasts are in nearby small bars, but I liked the Bilmore restaurant on the way to the beach, which is a few minutes away. This restaurant is open all days of the week unlike the cafe next to the hotel. The city beach is not very clean, it is better to go in the opposite direction to Port. In mid-October it was under 30, but the water is cool - about 20, since the Atlantic is literally around the corner. You can also get a ticket for a flamenco evening at the hotel. In addition to a beach holiday, I went to Ronda, Nerja, Gibraltar and Tangier in 10 days. For a trip to Tangier, I bought a one-day tour from a local company.
