Natalie tours - an unfortunate choice of a tourist
Dear tourists! Never travel from the tour operator Natalie Tours, because to paraphrase their own slogan "Natalie Tours is not always a good choice! " Starting with the flight, for which they ask for a surcharge of 50 euros, in order to take a morning flight at 10-00 with Aeroflot (evening flight 10 hours later, you lose a timely dinner (and not a late dinner offered at 2 a. m. ), walks around the country, sleep , in fact, everyone checks into the hotel the next day).
Met at the airport guide Tatyana. Traveling a lot, for the first time we encountered the fact that the guide simply turned on the record with the introductory story on the disk and did not say anything more, except that she offered to buy drinks from her on the bus.
The introductory meeting in the morning at the hotel with Jupi juices and outright lies was terrible. In particular, it was said not to buy excursions from competitors, because they take a long time on excursions, using free roads, etc. And, thank God, we took a tour from representatives of the municipality, as I understand it, who officially work in Spain, because the tour was interesting, fun, fervently with a Russian-speaking guide, there were a lot of positive emotions. But from the excursion to Mount Montserrat, purchased from Natalie Tours, it was hard to hear the guide Maya, who spoke Russian quietly and with difficulty, while lying that the microwave could not be used on the mountain, when the same groups of Russians with a guide stood nearby, having a microphone. And even such a trifle as a warning to be vigilant on vacation (theft) came from the lips of the representatives of Natalie Tours - your problems if the money is stolen. And from the lips of the guide, let's call him from the municipality, there was obvious concern, they gave practical advice on ensuring their safety, in the end saying that they did not want to see our tears...
Bottom line: WE WILL NEVER GO MORE ON A TRIP FROM THE TOUR OPERATOR NATALIE TOURS !!!
