We chose the hotel for a long time... I re-read the sea of reviews on Salou hotels (they actually decided to go there initially), and now they chose Dorada Palace.
We arrived at the hotel at about 10 am... we had to wait until 13 for check-in, the hotel was full and plus we asked for a view of a certain side (on Aventura Park, so that it was not noisy in the evenings). Breakfast was for an additional fee, since we have not yet settled (oh, this European service).
The room is quite clean, with normal furniture. Repairs are not new, but everything is kept clean. Cleaning daily is good. Towels are changed if left on the floor. Shower gel + shampoo + all sorts of ear sticks + shower cap = everything is there.
Small closet is a fact! It is difficult for a family of people to place things. Plus somewhere you need to put your suitcases....
There is audibility, especially when walking along the corridor, you can hear very... and neighbors through the wall.
The food was tasty and varied enough, but there is a significant minus for me - few fresh vegetables! We went to Tarragona, where the sea is super! There are not many people, it's nice to relax) and much cleaner than in Salou.
