I'm a fool myself, sorry)) We used the Internet in advance, and then, to make sure, I called 4 travel agencies in order to understand that they were telling me the truth and what they differed from the description of the hotel, in the end we chose a room overlooking the pool, the safe was big and even a laptop fit there, otherwise some write here that only a mobile phone fits, I'm shocked! The double-glazed windows are so beautiful that you can't hear anything, even the music and animation until 12 at night.

Not all staff are perfect, but you must be able to read, dear Tatyana, what is stuffed in RUSSIAN in the room. And it says - do not like towels - throw in the bathroom - they will change. If you read the Internet again, you would understand that Spain is not Turkey for you, here tips are not served to cleaners, and even more so it offends them. This does not affect the quality of cleaning. I am sure that if you told the reception that something does not suit you, there would be progress. This hotel has wonderful staff who even try to speak Russian to please. And all for YOU!!! ! And you're just here to yell! You yourself should learn how to properly look for a place to rest and how to behave there. In general, the hotel is wonderful, the staff is adequate and mutually helpful, the food is not bad, the sea is nearby, I liked everything. A well-earned 4 stars! I'll go there too!

Some windows overlook the railway station, others overlook the pool. No one said about this either! They paid 131.000 rubles and settled in a room without a balcony!!! ! The windows overlook just on the railway track!!! ! The first day I jumped up from the noise of passing trains !! ! About cleaning! A nightmare!!!!!!!!! ! The floor is not vacuumed or swept at all!! ! And it does not depend on the prescribed tip !!!! ! A couple of times they left dirty and torn towels !!!!! ! And this is Europe, a 4 * hotel?!!!!!!! ! I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel!
