The staff is inconspicuous, but if needed, they will always help. There are Russian speakers, and, surprisingly, English speakers. Because the hotel is mostly Russians and Spaniards (local), and the Spaniards are not friends with English! Yes, the soundproofing is normal, it doesn’t stink and there is enough space in the room.
Close to bus stops to all directions. I advise Tarragona, a very pretty town.
For us, there was one minus - this is a city beach (there are no others). Sun loungers and an umbrella for 4 euros (for two - 12 euros every day). It is cheaper to buy an already inflated mattress (5-6 euros) for 1-2 weeks is enough. Lots of local and visiting Spaniards. They constantly make noise, play something, etc. , that is, they will not let you lie down quietly. Still, Thailand, Indonesia, Ceylon are better for a beach holiday...
The country itself is a marvel, especially Madrid! Liked Valencia, Toledo. I expected more from Barcelona.
And the last. Free tax refund. At Barcelona Airport, Local Bank is hidden on the minus 1 floor (exit to the city), they barely found it. But if you have an hour and a half before departure and do not try to reach it, it is unrealistic. The queue for a hundred meters, mostly Chinese with heaps of checks and suitcases.
