The location is good, near the center, promenade, beaches. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
The room is clean, comfortable, everything works. There is a safe in the room and a refrigerator, free of charge. You can ask for a kettle at the reception for a deposit of 20 euros. Cleaning every day. Also at the reception you can borrow an iron for a day on bail.
The service at the hotel is excellent. Everyone smiles, all wishes are fulfilled). We arrived in a company and we needed 3 rooms not far from each other, the girls at the reception heard us and settled on the same floor, although we didn’t count on it, because. on our day there was a big check-in, there were a lot of people and they didn’t even dream that they could change rooms for us).

Because there were not enough tables for everyone, then there was always a queue in the corridor in front of the restaurant and when you had dinner, you created a feeling of discomfort, like you were in a hurry, because. I wanted to eat quickly and give the table to others. It was embarrassing to sit in a restaurant and chat with friends. understood that many people were waiting in the corridor. 2. Very poor Wi-Fi. It catches, it doesn’t catch... the speed is disgusting. It’s impossible to talk on viber at all, only to correspond and messages come with a big delay...
