The hotel was recommended by the agency. We arrived at the hotel at 11, did not immediately check in, they said that the room was being cleaned. At the reception there is a Russian-speaking porter Tatiana. They gave me a voucher for 2 free drinks. They settled at 2 o'clock. By the way, they have a check-in at 15.00, check-out at 10. When checking out, they gave out towels before leaving and gave them the opportunity to take a shower and put themselves in order.
We registered in advance in the club of the Best hotel chain - https://www. besthotels. es/ru/club-best-hotels.html and received small but pleasant bonuses - a safe, beach towels without a deposit.
The room is very clean, 2 huge beds, we had a view of the reception and the train (it didn't bother us at all). There is air conditioning. Cleaning every day - change of towels, bedding not changed. The food we had was HB breakfast and dinner buffet - a lot of cheese, meat, there were seafood, etc. Of the minuses - there was absolutely no jamon! And the promised champagne for breakfast. The beach is a 2-minute walk - huge and clean, so we have never been to the pool. In the evening there was some kind of animation, but we did not go. Opposite the hotel there is a Basplan ticket office - organizing excursions - their prices are much lower than those of the tour operator, we went with them to Barcelona and Montserrat. Everything is great.

wi-fi was everywhere in the room and in the dining room, and in the lobby - you could easily talk on skype, vatsap and viber.
Cons of the hotel - an empty minibar upon check-in - they promised 2 bottles of water.
Sometimes I came across dirty dishes in the restaurant.
And in general, the impression is excellent!
