The first impression of the hotel was generally pleasant, but when we went to the room, we were shocked. The walls are painted in a strange yellow color and at the same time dirty, the doors are broken both inside the room and the entrance. The view from the window of our room was literally amazing (look at the photo).

The view from the window of our room was literally amazing (look at the photo). The air conditioner was working, but ancient, and when you turn it on it stank, and the window could not be opened, because there were exhaust gases outside the window (see photo). Hairdryer is generally a separate story, it's a pity I didn't take a picture. Safe at the reception, paid. Wi-Fi half an hour a day for free, the rest 23.5 hours-3 euros. The food was not bad, but the dishes were very dirty. This made the process of eating very difficult. They don’t want to speak Russian. Towels in the room were changed every day, bed linen was changed once in ten days. The floors were not washed, even when we left a tip. In general, you can spend the night, but if you still have the opportunity to change the hotel (for those who are going there), I strongly recommend doing this.

We chose a beach holiday with a wide range of sightseeing opportunities at an affordable price. In general, they did not lose, but there were also shortcomings. We chose a beach holiday with a wide range of sightseeing opportunities at an affordable price. In general, they did not lose, but there were also shortcomings.
The Maritim Hotel is on the first line. In appearance and location - one of the best in Kallela. For a sea view, they paid extra on arrival approx. 16 euros per day. The denouement in Callele for independent tourists is quite convenient, everyone visited by themselves (Barcelona, Montserrat, Figueres). We bought a night excursion only to the port of Aventura, as it is easier and cheaper to do through a travel agency.
A bit noisy at night, but this is still not Lloret de Mar, so you can sleep. The resort, I would say, is more teenage than youth. Since there are a lot of German youth 14-20 years old. They play noisily. There are few older young people in discotheques.
This summer was very cold for Spain, so we did not swim all the time, but about 3 days out of 7. But the weather was pleasant for excursions.
The hotel rooms are standard for Europe (clean, small, no frills... ), fed average. When compared with Turkish-Greek hotels for the same price, it is much worse. Plus drinks had to be bought at lunch/dinner. The beach is wide and there are plenty of places. Paid sunbeds are not all over the beach, as in Bulgaria, but only in some places, so almost everyone lies on the mats. The sea was clear, the entrance was deep.
In general, it is interesting, but there is no point in returning there a second time. We looked at the main thing, and a beach holiday in decent hotels in Egypt-Turkey-Greece is much better organized.

If you want to ruin your holiday, then be sure to choose this "chic" hotel!! ! Where a normal standard single room wouldn't include air conditioning, it's unlikely you'll get a TV (I'm out of luck) and a meter by meter pool (in which no one swims). the hotel is really located in the center of the city, so don't count on a beautiful view from the window))) the kitchen is monotonous and leaves much to be desired, especially don't expect to taste a large amount of fruit for dinner - the maximum you get is one piece of watermelon or a peach)) ) To the sea, if you walk in a straight line for ten minutes at a fast pace, but there you will run into a fence, which you will still need to go around to get to the beach.

All the Russians that I met were settled in such standard rooms, there were normal rooms with air conditioners, but they were already considered superior and mostly Germans lived there . . so think for yourself, but I really don’t advise you . . I would be in France, and in Croatia, and in Andorra, and Turkey, but I have not seen this anywhere!
