We could not check this, since we were leaving on an excursion for the whole day. After that, the smell was all the same, sometimes more, sometimes less.

We took full board meals. The food at the hotel is not bad, a lot has been written about it, at first it was generally wonderful, but then a lot of people drove into the hotel and it was better to come to the opening of the restaurant.
Cleaning in the room was very mediocre, but thanks to the cleaning lady for the gift of an umbrella for the beach. We took towels for the beach and a safe deposit box at the reception.
The embankment, however, is being repaired, but it didn’t bother us, and before our departure they opened a passage that is closer to Maripins. The beach is good, wide, but the lack of changing cabins and one toilet, which was more often closed, upset us.
The village of Malgrat itself is small and smoothly turns into Santa Susanna. We walked a lot with pleasure. And of course we went to Barcelona several times. But this is of course a delight and a completely different story, you can return there many times. Montserrat Monastery, the beauty is indescribable.
We had a late flight, we wanted to extend the room, but no one extended it to us, since the hotel is full-time. We decided to check in the luggage room and go for a walk in Blanes. We visited a wonderful botanical garden, views of the sea and rocks there very beautiful, walked along the embankment. Blanes is a wonderful town, very green and picturesque.
Spain is a wonderful country, we really liked it, we will definitely return, but I think that it will definitely not be Malgrat.
