From Spain with love
The last three years have rested in the summer in Turkey. It's pretty fed up: snaking lines for food, noisy crowds of vacationers and hotels that look like a nursery garden.
Tired of lying on the beach and by the pool, the kilograms added for the rest and life on the territory of the hotel as in a reservation (there is desert almost everywhere around). We decided it was time for a change of scenery. I wanted new experiences, breathtaking landscapes, the opportunity to visit the sights of a European country. We chose Spain. We visited Mallorca about 10 years ago. I liked it very much. Now it was decided to go to the mainland.

At Domodedovo, a lady from passport control with predilection and an unkind gleam in her eyes began to interrogate: why are we flying to Spain, where we live in Russia, in which hotel we will live, and finally, with regret, she gave us our passports.
Spain greeted us more cordially. All the formalities took a few minutes and now we are on the bus. The day was just beginning. From Barcelona to our hotel we drove about 85 km (1.5 hours). In hotels in Spain, check-out time is at 10-00, but check-in is at 13-00. Nobody is in a hurry here. Favorite words of the Spaniards: calmly and tomorrow.
Our hotel has 380 rooms, but there were not many people at the time of arrival. The rooms are small. There is a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - European standard. For lunch and dinner, all drinks (including plain water - for a fee). An abundance of fruits helped out: watermelons, melons, peaches, nectarines, pears, apples, oranges, pineapples, bananas.
The hotel area is large enough for Spain.

Excursion programs organized by the host Spanish side impressed with the quality.
He conducted excursions in such a way that we had no time to be bored. Tours started early in the morning, which was very convenient, that is, we could see the sights and take pictures without fear that we would be disturbed by other tourists not belonging to our group. Mikhail told us a lot about art, culture, customs, history. He explained everything wonderfully and poetically, as he has the talent of a storyteller. Mikhail talked while visiting the sights, and during a trip on the bus, and just like that - he always told something interesting, where did he get so much strength from, it is not clear. Our guide always answered questions and was attentive to the problems of the people in our group.
He always told me where to take pictures, made stops at the toilets, warned about theft. During very long journeys, films were shown to us on the bus and music was turned on. We also had a cheerful driver Miguel, with whom I chatted several times about some little things, he laughed when he saw that I did not understand some Spanish words; I hope he saved my poems. =)
