When we were brought to the hotel in the evening, we still managed to get to dinner, where, apart from green, sour tomatoes and cheese, I did not remember anything. Our friends immediately realized that the hotel was a clear scam, because. people have already been to Spain and know the category of the hotel, which should correspond to 4 *. Considering that in Spain the season of fruits and vegetables, we had constantly green peaches, melons, and pears that no one ate, it seems that they have been shifted for like a month for every dinner and breakfast.

In the following days, tourists began to complain about the food, wrote a statement through our guide, after which the food got a little better: there was 1 more meat dishes and the peaches became a little riper. But, in general, they practice very well that they didn’t eat for breakfast and dinner, they make a salad with mayonnaise from it or add it somewhere to the dish, and this one is so obvious that it doesn’t even bother them. You can’t take anything out of the dining room, in other hotels they somehow don’t allow you, they can close your eyes if you take something like an apple or a bun, they can even check bags right there, so you can’t go there with bags. We then realized that if we still take food out of there, there would be nothing to eat at all.
Number. The hotel itself was renovated not long ago (whatever was wrong, it was clearly visible to tourists that this is a 2 * hotel). The rooms were renovated, the room itself is small: 2 single beds, a table, a chair, a wardrobe, plus at least that the safe is free. It seems to be clean, cleaned daily, changed towels. Minus: change of bed linen 1 time in 11 days, there were no bathrobes, slippers and drying for things, it was necessary to dry on chairs, there was also no information on how to call the reception.
After requesting a certificate from Natalie Tours for the hotel, we were provided with a piece of paper in Spanish, in which we did not see what was said for 4 *, upon arrival we will translate it in order to further sort out the deception from Natalie Tours. After this request, some hotel staff stopped even greeting us, it's not clear why? if the hotel has the relevant documents, why should they be afraid, and even more so the staff, to make disgruntled faces?
There were four of us, my husband and I somehow did not want to spoil our mood because of the hotel, because. we came to this country for the first time, paid a lot of money for 900 euros per person (for this money we could go to another place in 5 * All inclusive), and our friends were upset by the deceit, and other tourists were constantly indignant. It’s just that we realized it too late, for us it will be a lesson for other people, perhaps the feedback on fortune from Natalie Tours will become useful, and they will not be deceived for their own money.

Other tourists were also dissatisfied with the excursions, that everything was running, while there were no excursions for less than 40 euros.
