For the body: local cuisine, climate, wine, spa, sun, sea. You can't list everything. Time flew by quickly, joyfully, tasty, comfortable, informative, and most importantly, strength for the daily struggle appeared again. I highly recommend this hotel, the village of Peralada, the Costa Brava region and Catalunya in general. I can't say about all of Spain, I don't know.
