When contacting the staff with a request to change the room, they answer that there are no available rooms, although this is not true, or they offer to pay 40 Euros per day for a more aesthetic view from the window, and sometimes they just pretend to be "teapots" !!!!!!!! ! !!
There is no pool! ! However, in the basement there is a wonderful SPA resort and a gym (for an extra charge - 15 Euros without time limit, but by appointment and no more than 3 hours.
