In a nutshell - a hotel class "gostishki" Yalta-Intourist. I don't understand how they got 4 stars. Where 4 stars come from for Radisson - I understand, for Marriott - I understand, for the Barcelona (? ) NSS network - I understand. Where Blaumar got it from is a mystery, apparently this is from the category of "you can't praise yourself... ". Confident trio, no more.
Of the pluses - grub, soundproofing of rooms, nice girls at the reception and waitresses-trainees in the restaurant and... that's it. Animations - 0 (although I personally do not need it at all), the dishes in the restaurant are washed disgustingly (are they washed? ). Territories - almost zero. Safe - 32 euros for 10 days, Internet - 4 euros per day, you can pay at a time only 2 days in a row, i. e. in 10 days I ran to the reception 5 times for another pair of checks; Fortunately, the Internet is at least in the room, and not in the lobby. Yes, and it is no different in speed.
Another disadvantage is the abundance of compatriots. But it's more of a necessary evil, I knew where I was going. Let me explain, I have nothing against compatriots, and they behaved more than decently and soberly, they just secretly wanted to take a break from their native speech and mentality. It didn't work, okay.

Unlike a colleague who left a review from 2007, I did not meet drunken vomiting Germans. Maybe times have changed, maybe luck.
In general, about Blanes: of all the places on the coast that I managed to see / visit, this is the best. Quiet, relatively clean, picturesque and colorful in some places (port, Dintre boulevard, Ampla). The sea is clean and of adequate temperature. . .
Conclusions. Taking into account the gloomy picture at the beginning of the post, the conclusion is somewhat paradoxical - I want to return here, and if I don’t, it’s only because there are still a lot of places on Earth that I want to visit. In general, at the level of sensations, everything is very positive, and I recommend everyone to visit here at least once.
