We rested in Lloret de Mar from 8.09. 12-21.09. 12, the hotel is very well located, almost in the city center. There are a lot of shops around, the beach is 300-400 meters away. The hotel staff is very friendly, some speak Russian, although knowing a tricky set of words, you can also explain in English, which is generally rare for Spaniards. The food at the hotel was just super, we had ordered breakfasts and dinners, but you could optionally change dinner for lunch without any problems. In general, if you evaluate the food on a five-point scale, then you can safely give 5+. In the evenings, quite tolerable animation, if there is nothing to do, then you can sit in the bar and watch. The room is very cozy, albeit small in size, the bathroom and toilet are quite comfortable and a very pleasant balcony, where there is a small plastic table and two chairs. A small minus - our windows overlooked the street, where children were constantly screaming and crying, but the problem was solved with the help of a closed balcony door. And another minus, the air conditioner is of course weak and could not cope with the heat, but otherwise everything was fine. Separately, I want to say about the guide Oksana from the company Natalie-Tours, we got the impression that this girl works in the company only to sell excursions and get out of there quickly, while she simply cuts herself off from the problems of tourists, answers any questions with reluctance , before leaving, I barely asked her where the bus would pick us up from and what time. The rest of the holiday was a success and we were very satisfied.

What I liked about the hotel:
1. Location: beach, shops, transport - everything is within walking distance.
2. The hotel staff is friendly and willing to make contact.
What did not like:
1. Room #524 has uncomfortable beds and a "weak" air conditioner.
2. Very monotonous breakfasts. Delicious assortment was not promptly brought, besides, it ended quickly.
3. The guide at the hotel from "Natalie Tours" Oksana, in our opinion, formally approached her duties.

The Russian-speaking Spaniard at the reception is rude. In response to the remark that the room was not ready by 12 o'clock (check-in time), she replied that only Russians (!!! ) were indignant! Yes, only Russians quietly grumble and do not give further progress. The British, with whom I rested last time, would have made a huge scandal (if they had to wait 40 minutes for check-in, and they would have been told that you don’t want an uncleaned room) to her, the director, the travel agency, everyone! So, gentlemen, we all disbanded ourselves. Without Russian tourists, they will wither away, so let them behave within the limits! By the way, the Spaniard-guide-transfer also reacted inadequately in response to the remark, in disorganization, a car from the hotel drove up at the wrong time. She also mentioned the Russians, who are always unhappy. So Natalie tours still work and work with their guides. Therefore, I won’t resort to their services anymore, why do I need such an unobtrusive service !! ! I’ll do fine without it. Hotels were said to be even worse. Complaints from all alone, poorly cleaned, devastation in the room, rudeness. But in Lloret de Mar, in addition to terrible hotels, there are also beautiful ones where you can relax for the same money. Our tour operators may not even know about them. Take Santa Marta for example. Meals (I took only breakfast) for a modest 3 stars.
