Stayed in August 2019. Check-in: at 16:09 we were informed that the rooms were ready. As a result, settled only around 18:00.
Room: excellent sea view, new Furniture, in the kitchen there is a washing machine and a washing machine (It is better to buy tablets and powder yourself, as girls do not have much memory at the reception). They brought it only when we had already purchased it ourselves (but this is so noteworthy). There are Russian channels.
Reception: a lot of Russian-speaking staff, the hotel is mainly focused on our compatriots. If there are no Russian speakers at the reception, then the problem comes - the rest speak only Spanish.
Meals: restaurant 2. Restaurant Terra breakfast and udin (a la carte).
Breakfast buffet, so-so. You can order an omelette, scrambled eggs, pancakes, pancakes, cheesecakes. The cheesecakes are really delicious!

The waiters are Russian speakers. If they are not, then further difficulties in communication arise. Local waiters have problems with English and memory. You can place an order, and the waiter will come up to you 2-3 times and ask again.
Swimming pool: open. Very heavily chlorinated.
Beach: 5 minutes walk or you will be taken by car. Towels and beach bags are available at the hotel. Sun loungers are paid.
Housekeeping: Excellent.
In general: rested, looked at the leopard, but I will not recommend the hotel!
