Two adults and children aged 17 and 12. There are no special complaints about the hotel, we lived in a three-room apartment (two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa and a TV set - there are no Russian-language channels, two bathrooms and a kitchen + a washing machine), no kettle, with cleaning and meals (breakfast + dinner), a huge terrace with a chic sea view (9th floor).
Hotel 3 where we were supposed to eat was closed, so we ate in four - delicious, but very far away.
The beach is nice, clean and very big.
We went to Valencia and Castellon - everything is very good.
What did not like:
Very late arrival (at the hotel at 22.00).
Very late departure (at the airport in Moscow at 04.00).
The sea is dirty (almost always big waves, the last 3 days I just didn’t swim).
Absolute incompetence and indifference of the host guide (Anastasia).
There are SIMPLY NO sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool of the aparthotel Marina d’Or multisevis.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to use the pools of other hotels, everything is locked.
The season in Spain starts from 24-06, so a good part of the hotel infrastructure simply does not work and the tour operator (YOU TOUR) probably needs to warn tourists about this before buying a tour.
And what works - everything is paid (for example, a table for tennis - 5 euros an hour !!! )
The bus to the nearest town runs very rarely (3 times a day).
Trains from this very town to Valencia run even less often (at 8.00 and 13.00).
At the bar in the park, the prices are just kapets.
Finding a car for rent with an "automatic" is a big problem.
Almost all the staff speak only Spanish and nothing else (I wonder what foreign language they learn at school)?
In general, the impressions are good, but sometimes boring.
There will be questions, write.
