This is a good 3*. Everything is clean, everything works. The staff is good, they speak English. The location is good for attractions. But the hotel is on a very noisy pedestrian restaurant street. The hubbub stays until late at night. And closed windows don't help much. From fatigue, you can fall asleep anyway, but for those who are light sleepers, it will be hell.
