I chose the hotel on the recommendations of friends, I have never regretted it. Everything about the hotel is excellent: the service, the rooms, and the food. The location is good - close to the city center, you can easily walk to bars, shops. In the evenings, live music in the bar, the beach is right in front of the hotel (although it’s better, of course, to go to the beaches of Las Dunas del Corralejo (it’s nearby), and even better on Cotillo.

When checking in and out, the porter delivered our things very quickly. It should be noted good underground parking. The staff is almost invisible, but easy to find if needed. Upon check-in, we were given a single room. The room has a telephone, a small refrigerator, a large LCD TV located in a lockable wooden box.

Upon check-in, we were given a single room. The room has a telephone, a small refrigerator, a large LCD TV located in a lockable wooden box. On the first channel, every 4 minutes, an advertising clip of this hotel was repeated, pleasant to the ear. But for the filming of this clip, it is clear that they chose more favorable angles than they really are. The bathroom is quite ordinary, 4 stars. There is no jacuzzi in the room. There was a balcony overlooking the sea. And also from our room there was a view of the settlement located here.
Since we were traveling with a small child, at our request they provided a pram for free.
The hotel is large in size, but designed in such a way that you see less other vacationers, although there are quite a lot of them. The hotel area is quite small. In the courtyard there are a couple of small pools for adults and a paddling pool for children.
There is access to the sea. At the edge of the hotel by the sea, a strip of sandy pumice, white. Small pumice looks funny. The hotel is not close to the sea. There is solid, black, very sharp solidified lava. If you go there, then I think the waves about this lava will break anyone in one moment. That is, here you can’t approach sea water at all. There was a bus to the beach. There is more or less a beach.
It should be noted SPA complex included in the price. Large pool with warm water, jacuzzi, several different saunas, showers. Additional procedures are nothing special: various massages, reflexology, stones, haircuts, etc. for an additional fee (obviously not worth that much). On the floor above, there is a fitness room (I didn’t go there).
The price of the room included breakfast. The food is pretty average. Standard breakfast set. There is practically no seafood. Eat, but not very tasty. Delicious variety of freshly squeezed juices. The champagne offered at breakfast was one of the cheapest.
We dined in nearby settlements (we rented cars). We ate at the hotel with what we bought in stores. For example, in an ordinary city store, excellent wine costs 3-7 euros. The most expensive excellent champagne is 7 euros. At the hotel, ordering exactly the same wine or champagne costs more than 50 euros.
The city's shops and eateries are about 1.8 km from the hotel. Very easy to walk. To do this, we leave the hotel and go right along this street. The street has several curves. We walk along it for a while and see all the shops at the crossroads.
If you turn left when leaving the hotel, then after walking for some distance there will be a beach.
This 5-star hotel has 3 things: 1) linen that was changed 2 times a day. Bathrobes and slippers were also provided. 2) it was very clean 3) the price tag they wanted for food in restaurants on site.
