The staff is friendly and helpful. The service is at a good level. The rooms were cleaned every day: the towels and the bed were changed. Everything is clean in the hotel. Breakfasts are monotonous, but quite decent (as far as I know, this is the case in many hotels with BB meals). I really liked the room: nothing superfluous, new furniture, everything in pleasant colors, free water and soft drinks in the mini bar (when this set is drunk, the next one is already paid - 2 euros for a small bottle). In the bathroom, too, everything is neat. Of the shortcomings - the location. The area is not very presentable - not the historical center, around residential buildings, workshops, car service, there are several cafes. But what pleased - to the metro Bagatelle 5min. walk to the beach Bagatelle and New Ikaria 15min. 10 minutes walk to Citadel Park, where the district is more lively. By the way, the beaches in Barcelona are very decent, sandy, clean, comfortable.

Spain is a good country, expensive and beautiful. But the rest was spoiled by the company Natalie Tours! Firstly, upon arrival, no one met us, at the airport in the window of their company, the girl told us that they did not have guides in Barcelona, they only work with the islands. We with a small child (1 year old) ourselves got to the hotel, the location of which in the catalogs of this stupid Natalie Tours is described as follows: located in the center of the Gothic quarter, etc.

We with a small child (1 year old) ourselves got to the hotel, the location of which in the catalogs of this stupid Natalie Tours is described as follows: located in the center of the Gothic quarter, etc. Nothing like this!! ! Around factories, factories, construction sites, opposite a car service! Terrible! The only reassurance is that everything is clean abroad, a similar area in Russia would be dirty and "smelling", there is no such thing here. To the beach in the same catalog it was written 200m. , in fact - 970m !!! , on foot somewhere min 30, by taxi min 10.
The hotel is good, but if you do not know English you will have a very hard time. Spaniards generally know English as their native language, there were no Russians at the hotel with us. Contingent: European pensioners or how we are parents with children.
The kitchen is not bad, but every day is the same.
The beach is normal, there are a lot of cafes around, an inexpensive bite to eat - up to 20 euros for two, and a tight meal of any dish in a bottle of wine can cost about 80 euros. Closer to the sea - seafood cuisine, in the city - pizzas, pastas, paella, baguettes, etc. In general, all drinks are expensive, ranging from water - 1 euro per 0.22 ml and ending with alcohol - from 15 euros to infinity.
Excursions: we went everywhere ourselves, where by taxi, where by metro. Sightseeing around the city on Bas-turistik, headphones with Russian translation, interesting and beautiful. Start your knowledge of Barcelona with this (bass tourist) and then you will understand where and how to go, what is interesting there, etc. There is nothing interesting in the aquarium, for those who love the underwater world and for children, and so we went through everything in 10 minutes and left without impressions.
The opening hours of shops and cafes are similar to Italians: they open no earlier than 10-11, close at 7-8 pm. On Sunday and Monday, many cafes and shops are closed.
Be careful with taxi drivers, some start to ride in circles or drive off for 20 km, and then bring them to the right place, and 15 euros on the counter. The longest distance to the airport, together with luggage we gave 27 euros. Tibidabu park, by the way, is not bad, but it’s better to go for the whole day, a very large area and a lot of attractions, here it is (at the very top) - 20 euros. And in the city: to the square, to the main attractions - 5.7, max - 12 euros.
In general, Spain is beautiful, we really like it!
And Natalie Tours should have their license taken away a long time ago, how many times they went through them, always some kind of disorder, all the time they treat tourists irresponsibly and are very deceiving. !!!!!
P. S. if you are offered to go to Andora, do not waste your money and time, everything is the same in NUMEROUS stores, the prices I assure you are not lower, max 2-3 euros cheaper.

Water is indeed a problem in Barcelona, but this is not the case on the islands. hot is one hour a day. Cold goes without pressure. This is the most annoying thing about all hotels in Barcelona. Pere IV - the location of the hotel is bad, there are no shops and restaurants nearby as it is written in magazines and on the Internet.

Pere IV - the location of the hotel is bad, there are no shops and restaurants nearby as it is written in magazines and on the Internet. everything in the center is there, but it takes an hour to get to the center, it takes 40 minutes to walk to the embankment and you still can’t swim. everyone goes to the islands, but here it’s free, these excursions are debilitating, you can come to Barcelona for a day and buy a sightseeing tour with stops at a kiosk, it will take you 3 hours, but that’s enough. my parents rested in the Costa del Sol, there is a relaxing holiday, for themselves and with comfort. And here it’s somehow noisy, there are a lot of young people, discos on the embankment, girls can be hooked. The only hotel is not very good and still better on the islands, and Spain is the best! and the most buzz, as the guides say, is the end of August. And in July it was hot and full of people.

There are a lot of impressions from Barcelona, but only negative about the hotel! In vain we went to Barcelona, and not to the Costa Brava or something else. There is nothing to do in the city during the day, there is no beach, there is a promenade where you can’t swim. The embankment itself is 700m from the hotel, and if you swim and sunbathe, it's another 1.

There is nothing to do in the city during the day, there is no beach, there is a promenade where you can’t swim. The embankment itself is 700m from the hotel, and if you swim and sunbathe, it's another 1.5 km to go along the embankment. The hotel is located in an abandoned quarter, there is not a single shop or cafe around, opposite some half-stoned Arabs sitting in a car repair shop - it’s better not to go out in the evening. Better those hotels that are right in the center. The rooms are small, the staff look at the Russians as if they were lepers. On excursions to the people pipets! everyone is pushing like a siledka in barrels. Horror, and what will happen in July - I'm even afraid to imagine.
